My tech, Danny, came right on time. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he would be doing. Got the job done for the quoted price, and cleaned up after himself. My dryer had been taking forever to dry things - and after the cleaning it feels like I have a new dryer. I already put them on my calendar to call for a dryer vent cleaning next year. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Mr. Duct to have my external dryer vents checked out. I’d never had my own machines before so what kind of regular maintenance was necessary all was new to me. But I knew something was up because my dryer was becoming less and less efficient, particularly on the highest setting, taking longer to work and using up too much energy. The guys from Mr. Duct were really great and despite some trouble moving the machines which apparently had been bolted into the floor, they worked quickly and figured out what the problem was. Turns out it wasn’t just that there vent was clogged with lint but the dryer vent cap outside was totally crusted over. So nothing—lint, air, moisture—could get through it. It was like a layer of solidified crud. Once they were done I ran the dryer and immediately saw the difference. The heat worked really well and everything dried so much faster. Buyer Be Aware: If the Person doing the work tells You that you Cannot Use Your Credit Card (if After 5:00 PM), Do NOT Listen! Pay the Following Day during Business Hrs.!! Also, when my New HVAC System was being installed 2 Days After Duct Cleaning, the HVAC Contractors called Me into the Basement and Showed Me the Inside of the Ductwork just after Opening it: Tons of Debris Remained Inside! Hopefully, if You Hire, Your Experience Will Be Better...Good Luck!

Nick was outstanding. He explained everything in detail and even showed me before and after pictures and videos. This information insured this was my house by showing a continuous video of and object in my house next to the duct and then into the duct. Usually you get what you pay for, but in this instance I received much more than that. I received excellent customer service and high quality professional work at an extremely reasonable price. The service technician was very courteous, and they spent almost three hours at my home. As they were leaving, I asked if I was going to see the before and after camera shots. He told me they would be emailed. After they left, I inspected the area of the basement where they cut into my ductwork. They left the space with small and sharp metal clippings on both my furniture an floor. When I found this, I send Mr. Duct an email. They offered to come back out and clean up. The problem I had was I had to wait for them to come back out, and I needed to be there while they did it. So it meant that I would miss more work and not get paid. I cleaned it up after work hours on my own. They basically through there hands up saying they would fix it during normal business hours. I would have thought a credit for my time of over an hour vacuuming and picking the pieces out of my carpet would have been suggested, but it was not. Therefore, all I can do is warn the next buyer of their services to check the whole house for the quality of their clean up. It was non existent at my home.
