Chris came out and diagnosed the problem and then inspected the whole roof. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He said we needed step flashing in areas where the builder did not put it in. He also pointed out a few minor maintenance issues. He game me a fair estimate on the spot and we scheduled the work for the following week. They came when they said they were supposed to and performed all the work he promised. The work looks great and we did not have any leaks during these most recent rains. I will definitely call K G again if I have any issues with a roof and would recommend them highly to everybody.

Chris has communicated every detail so thoroughly that we had no questions for him. He was on the job site the entire day. It was so clean at the end of the day, that you would not have known we had a new roof installed -the roof, gutters, driveway, landscaping - all clean. No sign of debris anywhere. At the end of the day, he showed us pictures from the roof and explained everything they did. It was a positive experience. AND the roof looks great! it rained that night. we checked the attic - no leaks! We are very pleased with KG Roofing!

I called Chris an he returned my call within an hour ,I ask for an estimate .It was very late in the year for reroofing but it needed to be done. he came out , an left the estimate as per our agreement . the work was done in a prompt, quick an workmen like manner . all clean up was done ,an this was a GOOD surprise to see how clean our house was left . If this service was needed I would use him again .

Showed up as agreed. Crew did a beautiful job, the house looks so much better with new articulated Oakridge Shingles. They covered my plants with tarps prior to roof work. They had one crew member do nothing but pick up nails/paper. Completed entire roof in one day as I asked even though it was a large area. Chris the owner checked on the work and walked site with me when they were complete. I have waited 4 months to write this review to make sure there were no leak issues - there is not. Will recommend K & G to other Senior Citizens who need a roofing job done by this reliable (do what they say they will do) company.

We called for an estimate and Kris came out the samed day. It was a great experience he was very professional and his team did the new roof in one day...Hard work for all, but it looks great. and clean up was like he never was there and put the roof on. I never knew how much stuff was needed to take a roof off and put new one on, but it was just like magic it was done. The roof was able to be put on and we made it just in time, due to weather conditions,changing, but all went well and they were able to complete the job in a timely matter. We would highly recommend Kris (KG Roofing) to anyone. His crew work in a very professional manner and worked very hard.

The quote was easy and then he did the work the next day or two. Left a bill in the mailbox and it was done. Very easy. Haven't had a chance to test it in the rain yet. Looking forward to no leaks.

I called yesterday to set up an appointment. We scheduled the inspection for this morning. Chris was right on time. He went up to the roof to check for the soft spots that my husband was concerned about. After inspecting our roof he told us that it was in perfect condition and did not need any work at this time. He was honest, pleasant and professional. I was completely impressed with the whole experience. There are so many companies that try to oversell goods & services....it was such a nice surprise to find a company that obviously just believes in good, honest work. I will definitely call them again if i need work done in the future.

Kris came out the same day I called and went up on the rood to check everything. My roof was 20 years old and I was thinking a reroof. Because of the condition of the shingles he recomended a complete tearoff. He was very professional and provided much information. He gave me an estimate which Iaccepted and the work was set for about a week later. His crew arrived about 7:00 AM and started the tearoff. A village inspector arrived and said that the first two vertical boards on the gabels should be replaced. I have three gabels so Kris left to get 12 boards while his crew tore off the wood. Once the new boards were replaced they procided to to put down the water/ice membrane and finished the shingles. They also replace all my vents and added 4 more.By three in the afternoon they were done and gone. Great cleanup you would not have known they had been there. Kris came ou the next morning and went up on the roof and checked everything out. I made the right choice and would recommend KG roofing. Excelant job. I have refered them to two people already.

Work was organized and excellent. Work was completed in approx 30 minutes with a well organized crew of 4.

Good customer service, punctual and cleaned up the mess from the old roof. Very fair price, even brought a few bundles of differeng shingles and put them on the roof for us to view prior to replacement so we knew which one to pick

Contacted this company to inform them we had chosen another contractor to do our roof. . Their response was very professional.

Chris can out and gave us a free estimate on the repairs that were needed for our roof. He can back in a timely manner to complete the work. He was very friendly and professional. Clean up after the repairs was also done to our satisfaction. We would hire him again.

Chris was very friendly, flexible about working around my schedule. Gave me a very fair price. Completed the work in one day. When they left you would never know they were there. Everything was perfect.

Chris G came to my home the day that I called for his free estimate to re-roof my house . He was very professional and answered all of my questions in regard to the job to be done. He left me with a detailed proposal that spelled out what he would do to complete the project and how long it would take to do it , also gave me options for material to be used and any price change that would apply. I called him to come back after I had talked to two other contractors and Chris had the best price, and I felt that I could trust him to do the job for me . We went over the details again and I gave him the OK to do the work, if he could do it in the next two weeks and he agreed that he could do it by the end of Aug . 2013. His three man crew showed up on time and worked like five men for ten hours . They were great and did everything that was spelled out in my contract , the roof looked fantastic, and some of my neighbors have been over to compliment me on the outcome of the job. I am very satisfied with my choice to have KG Roofing do this project for me . If you need a new roof and want someone you can trust that has a great crew of professional roofers that know what they are doing then give Chris a call at KG Roofing .

My roof began leaking in 12/2012. After an exhaustive search on the BBB website and Angie's List, I contacted Chris at KG Roofing. He came out the same day, which was inclimate, and patched the leak -- at no charge. He also inspected the roof and was honest enough to tell me that I could probably go several years before a total replacement was necessary. I contacted my insurance company and it sent an adjuster out within the week. Chris also returned to my house on the day the insurance adjuster inspected the roof in 12/2012.The adjuster determined that the insurance company would pay the costs of repairs, not replacement. Because I plan on remaining in the house permanently, the roof was approximately 25 years old, and a fair number of shingles were missing in spots, I decided the most prudent course of action would be to replace the roof. Chris met with me two-three times at my house, re-inspected the roof several times, and explained everything to me in detail over the course of five months. We signed the final contract in late-May 2013 and, due to other jobs, the work was performed 7/12/2013-7/13/2013. Chris and his crew were total professionals. They were punctual, diligent, cleaned-up, and extremely responsive. He also took photos of the completed replacement roof so that I could see the results without going on the roof personally. The price was also reasonable. I would use KG Roofing again and highly recommend them without reservation. Five stars. Chris is great! You will not regret hiring KG Roofing.

After responding quickly he inspected the roof and called to confirm the damage I saw but also found one other area. He offered a few options and completed repairs at that time. Costs were less than I thought. I referred Chris to 4 friends and they have all been equally as happy and two of those have referred him again.

Chris came out within a couple of days after I called, to give me an estimate. Before he started the job, I had a number of questions. He was always prompt in returning my calls. Despite the rain and being very busy, he was able to finish the roof before my renters moved in. He and his crew did a great job and did a nice job cleaning up too. Very reliable! Signed the contract on 5/8/13 and the roof was started and completed today 5/16/13...less than 2 weeks which is what was expected! Chris (the owner) is on site while the roof was being done.

Chris was very quick to come and provide an estimate for the work I needed done. He didn't have to 'go home to figure it out' and call me several days later (like the other roofer I received an estimate from!). He came on the day he said he would come; they got the old roof off and the new roof on very quickly; and they did a great job of making sure there weren't any nails or other debris left behind in the yard. I would definitely recommend KG Roofing and Construction to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

He gave me a quote in January. He said the quote was good anytime and to call whenever I was ready. He was very prompt in coming out and explaining what he would do. He did exactly what he quoted. They cleaned up very well. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. It was a fair price for what they promised to do and the product they put on the roof. He said to call him with any problems and he would be glad to come out. He said if I needed any other help with cleaning the gutters or anything, to call and they would come out.

When my wife and I purchased our home back in 2008, we knew that we needed to replace the gutters at some point in the future. After five years of dealing with leaking gutter corners (which folks had tried to fix for several years), some sinking concrete because of the water leakage, consistent gutter clogging and downspouts that become detached - we decided the time had come to get this job done. Using Angies list, we searched for gutter contractors and narrowed it down to a few different companies all of whom I contacted and had them bid on the job. While all the contractors seemed like good folks, Chris from KG seemed a bit different from the lot. He listened to what I wanted, thoroughly explained what his team would do, encouraged me to ask any and all questions and was basically just an overall nice guy to deal with. During the bidding process, I emailed Chris a few times with additional questions and each time he responded back in a timely manner. Overall GREAT customer service and at at the end of the day, I picked Chris and KG. When the day came for the job to start, Chris and his crew were at my home a few minutes earlier than what they said, and like machines they went to work. All told, the gutter teardown, fabrication, replacement and cleanup took about two hours. I was amazed! The results are fantastic. Everything I asked for was done. Regarding the roof, I realized that the exhaust fans in my two bathrooms were not being vented properly so as part of the gutter job, I asked Chris if he could add two new vents to my roof. Not only did Chris inspect the attic to make sure he positioned the vents properly, but he also inspected the roof and sealed areas (like around my chimney) where the seal was a bit cracked. This was done as a courtesy. Everything was done with highest care an quality. All in all - I am quite impressed by the work performed and will highly recommend Chris and KG in the future. Well done.

Chris came out and inspected a leak on my roof that has been giving me some problem for a long time. He came out and discovered some rusted out nails that were in the shingling that mostly likely was causing the leaking. KG Roofing came out fast,dealt with me professionally, and patiently explained the nature of my problem. I highly recommend KG Roofing!

He did a good job. I haven't had any leaks.
