The tile was never cleaned as agreed to. After the job, I found soap scum that was supposed to be cleaned - there was a lot of it. One tile was replaced, but the grout around the tile was rough and never smoothed. In other areas, grout was applied on top the prior grout. The estimate and job were for caulking and grout cleaning. When the tech arrived he said the grout was bad and it needed to be regrouted. He did do the regrout at no extra cost which is normally ($350). he removed the old caulk and replaced with new. Hi, We removed the tile to prepare for the plumber. We left it so he could remove when he needed and caulked it. What happened after we did that is from the plumber, not Grout Experts. This is the first time we are hearing anything that was done incorrectly. We left you several messages and you have failed to return our calls.

The grout resealer was applied with a Sherwin Williams outdoor style paint. It was applied with a brush and done a bit sloppy. He cleaned up as he went along but there is paint/sealer on the tile. He also missed spots i did not see until after he left and the appropriate dry time was complete. The caulking was ok though. For a professional I expected more
