Tom and team were great! Quote included budget for all materials and Tom helped make sure I picked quality products. He made the planning process easy, was very communicative, and his team was friendly, on time and very respectful (everyone wore masks the whole time and they worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and loved the end result). Communication is so critical with contractors, and Tom is second-to-none. I always knew who was coming to my home and when. From the very first meeting, which was arranged at 5 pm and he was at our front door at 4:59, his entire team was prompt and work was done as promised, when promised. The friendly, talented crew did outstanding work. This wasn't a huge project (remodeling a second bathroom), but Tom and his team made me feel like I my project mattered. The bathroom is beautiful. Can't recommend them highly enough, and I will absolutely hire them for my next project, big or small.

Their quality of workmanship in every aspect of our bathroom renovation was done to a journeymen standard. All was done in a timely fashion and clean up after each day of service. PPE was also observed during the course of the remodeling.

Amazingly fast reply when I was looking for someone to replace my carpeted floors with *wood-looking* vinyl laminate. Edson Developments was there the very next day, and the floor looks even better than I could have imagined! Of all the contractors I had to give an estimate, Tom Edson was the cleanest and most professional... And the best price. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough!

The entire team, including owner Tom were very nice to work with. Their work was excellent and their suggestions for specific items like the bathtub and fan were very helpful. Their connections with a salesperson at a tile shop also made choosing our marble less overwhelming. We are very happy with our new bathroom!
