Mike is an amazing plumber! Despite having found him at the poopiest of times (literally), we feel lucky to have found him. Recently our basement flooded with water when there was a gigantic super cell storm. Mike came to help very quickly after we reached out to him, despite being swamped with tons of other similar complaints. He quickly addressed a huge range of issues ranging from cleaning (with a hydro jetter) and cameraing our sewer line to closing our stack drain, fixing our flooded out water heater, helping us with our boiler and radiators (which suddenly werenâ t working just as it started to get cold out), and more. Mikeâ s honest and fair. He tells you what really needs fixing, what can wait, and is able to think creatively about solutions to save money/maximize value. It feels great knowing we have an honest contractor rooting for us instead of trying to squeeze us. In a sea of overpromising, overpriced plumbers, Mike stands out above the rest. 5 star work and service for sure!

Mike of HydroTech is exceptional. He installed a Navian system replacing an outdated system. He had to rebuild an entire system for us. He was extremely thorough and provided consistent follow-up for us. There are few people out there who would work so tirelessly to help us have a secure home and provide honest service. We are only trusting Mike with our plumbing needs in the future. Four other plumbers/ HVAC companies quoted us much more and wouldnâ t even come out to help us. There is truly no one like Mike and HydroTech.

Great fast easy going service. On time and cleaned up.

We had a flood in our kitchen and hired Mike to install a battery backup sump system. Before he was scheduled to install it, we had another flood (on a Sunday) and we called him in the middle of it. He drove right over, about 25 miles, through a horrible rainstorm and helped us get the water out (even installing a temporary sump pump). He later completed the battery backup quickly, for the right price. We're still working with him to prevent further flooding by installing drains, among other things. We trust him to do a great job and he's been very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable through the whole process.

Mike show me everything that was wrong and was on time and made me very comfortable. They did a fabulous job and my water feels better and my new water heater works great, please check them out before you hire anyone else you will not be disappointed. Actually they are doing more work for me very soon

Mike came on time the day I called. He was so professional and neat, came with shoe covers, tarps to protect floor and under sink. He rotted the line some potential problems and fix them. He charged reasonable price. I would use him next and highly recommend him for your house services.

Great fair company to work with. Came out on a Sunday no extra charge did a great clean job and narrated what was going on and needed for preventive maintenance. It is truly in your best interest to hire them for your job.

I highly recommend Mike and Hydro Tech Max Plumbing. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to our bathroom flooded and diagnosed the cause, which helped us to secure insurance coverage and even recommended a company for cleanup and reconstruction of the damage. When everything was back to normal (A few months later) Mike and Tony (both super friendly) came back to hook up our vanity and toilet. Great guys, great service.

My wife and I had a major sewer break in the crawl space right below our family room. It was a big, messy problem and most of the plumbers we reached out to on Thumbtack wanted nothing to do with it. But Mike at Hydro Tech Max responded quickly, diagnosed the problem that same day (explaining it in a way I could actually understand) and provided immediate assistance at a very fair price. He treated our house like his own and treated our plumbing problem like it was his problem. Mike and his associate Tony were incredibly professional but also personal, respectful and kind. In the middle of a crisis, they were exactly what we needed: plumbers who could get the job done well and who would also treat us like people (not just payers). Because of this experience, Mike is the only plumber we will ever hire going forward.
