NORMANDY REMODELING

Description of Work: We had Normandy out to examine a potential partial remodel of a master bath, and some other remodelling issues. The guy was extremely uptight and demanded to go through his "process" rather than listen to what I wanted to be efficient. I had little time. I only wanted part of the bathroom changed, and he insisted that within his "process" he would prefer to redo the whole bathroom. The master bath was redone in our multi million dollar home a few years ago by another family, and we certainly did not want to redo the whole thing. I found the guy to be rigid, unable to be flexible consistent with the customer's wishes, and over the top. I would not work with such a company. In addition, over the phone the secretary insisted several times that my husband also attend the "meeting". I told her multiple times that my husband had no interest, worked all day, and would not be involved in the "process" at all, and she patronizingly stated that "we strongly suggest he attend". I'm not into attitude or cache, but quality, as we really have nothing to prove, and we like what we like. Normandy seemed all about appearances and arrogance and their way or the highway.

Description of Work: The redid my entire master bathroom down to the studs. I have all new cabinets, tub toilet and sink. They completed everything on schedule. When I found a small crack in the floor tile they were there to fix it right away. I was very happy with the quality of service. They were also very neat and tidy.
