Was not able to agree upon a scheduling time.

This is the second time I've used Sound Construction; I had to have them come back to finish some work that could not be done in the first 2-hour time period. The electrician was professional, quick, and got the job done despite the problems that were left by the previous contractor (NOT Sound Construction). I'll hire them again for any electrical work they do. I just wish their big deal would go back down in price.

Mick was punctual and friendly. Went right to work and installed the new bathroom fixture without a problem. Our house is 60+ years old, so was expecting some kind of problem. Next explained what the ceiling fan needed and proceeded to fix that as well. My husband and I were both rally happy with the work. We'd use him again. Diane Smith

Went fine. I did not have all the right parts needed and the provider changed around the schedule to allow extra time to go to home depot and purchase these parts for me. two wall sconces were installed and one was hung almost an inch higher than the other. probably only I will notice this, but I'm surprised the service provider did not hang them level or let me know that they were not hung level for a reason.

I had used Sound Construction before to solve a wiring problem in my home so I called them when I needed some work done as part of the sale of my home. They came on the date I needed and did everything that needed to be done quickly and professionally. I had to have a double tap on my electrical panel resolved, a GFI outlet installed in the kitchen and a ceiling fan inspected. All the work was done exactly as needed. When the buyer needed additional information about the credentials of the workers doing the work they quickly sent me copies of the electrician license for the gentleman doing the work. I would really recommend these folks.

I really believe they stand behind their work. They are very good at what they do. We did have a little difficulty with scheduling the appointment initially, but when they came out, it was worth the wait.

I provided provider with the checklist of items from the village inspector that needed to be repaired/corrected. Some of the items were worked on & others were ignored. The items were re-inspected & failed. I called & sent messages to the provider requesting an appointment for the provider to return to make the corrections for the items that I have already paid for, but still no response.

They never contacted me, and I even tried reaching out to the company and got no response back.

Mike was the best i have seen. Very honest and did lot of work in 8 hours. I would recommend them without any doubt.

I left a message on the company's voicemail, but no one ever followed up with me to schedule a time for the work.

OK fix on the fuse despite lengthy trip to home depot to buy parts (electrician did not bring basic supplies, I even provided parts from my supplies). Did not fix the light fixture despite an attempt.

It went great. I am going to use them again.

Mick provided a courtesy call when he was on his way to my house and arrived as expected. We promptly went through all the tasks and he started with the larger ones first and proceeded on until all were completed. He consulted with me before proceeding on anything that may need a slightly different approach. He was prepared, efficient and thorough. I will use Sound Construction again.

We feel that his workmanship is not up to par.

Let me start this off with the following statement...the electrician and service were great. I'd do it again. Now the details: We had a bit of confusion about the date of the service. Most service providers call the day before to confirm the service. When I didn't get a call, I called the office to find out the date they'd arrived but didn't get a return call. The morning of the service, I got a call from the electrician, saying he was on the way. When he learned I was at the office, he offered to reschedule. I chose not to reschedule. I left the office for home, thank goodness I have an understanding boss. When I arrived, about an hour later, I went through my list of tasks. He was very flexible, friendly, patient and professional. He completed everything on the list except installation of the new powerful bathroom fan...which was great because he noted that the current one has a light and the one I'd purchased didn't. We added the installation of three motion detectors at the end of the list and to finish the "electrician for a day" service. I am VERY pleased I purchased this service from Sound Construction.

Did not show up but he said I had the wrong date, which is possible. Finally came and did not have a ladder and said they would reschedule and call back. I had to call a second time. Talked to the office and they said the right person would call me. I gathered that they usually do inside work, I suspect my little bit of work was not worth dealing with me and I was a prepay on a deal. I would have like to have them bit to do some window replacement, but will not given the difficulties. They did do the job well when they came back.

The installer showed up promptly on time for the appointment. Was very courteous and polite. Came in and discussed the specifics of what we wanted and made sure he asked all appropriate questions ahead of time to avoid any mistakes or miscommunications of our expectations/wants. He then preceded to install the light/ceiling fan fixtures. Was very neat and organized and did not disrupt any thing in the bedrooms or any parts of the house. Completed the task quickly and our offer was for 6 hours of electrical labor and since he completed the ceiling fan early, we asked him to install some other light fixtures and he obliged with out any issue. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for electrical work.

This provider did not work in my area, Vernon Hills, IL, so I did not use them to replace my bathroom fan.

There was a wait time to get part but that is no fault of theirs. Once part was in repair was done quickly.Ralph was professional and courteous.

Install recessed light bulb and ceiling fan light attachment.

he install about 20 fixtures around the house inside and out. 2 were very high ceiling. lights. repaired circuit. breaker for bathroom. also sound construction replaced multiple wall sockets. PLEASE TRY THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED EVERTHING WENT WELL. TMY FIRST THEY DID NOT TRY TO OVER CHARGE. THE GUY WAS PLEASANT. THE GUYS WERE GREAT, THE WORK WAS GREAT!

All work was done thoroughly, with attention to detail, and politely.

If your going to offer a "big deal" and the wait for service is a month it would be nice to know that on the front end so one could make alternate arrangements.

They weren't able to do exactly what I wanted to do, but they were good.
