I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house.

Had to replace the deck we were stuck with when we bought this house. Jeremy helped us with ideas on it's replacement. Great looking deck! Workers are very polite and considerate. Love our new deck!

Jeremy has given me the kitchen of my dreams. I hired Grandview to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom and couldnâ t be happier with the outcome. Jeremy was very hands on and personable, and communicated effectively with me for every detail that was part of the project. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything surrounding the project and always knew how to fix any side steps that occurred. He made sure the mess of a construction project was kept to a minimum. I felt comfortable with him and his crew in my house while I was out as he would send pictures and updates of his progress. Jeremy is very detailed with his work, and he doesnâ t stop working until you are 100% satisfied with your design. He is all about perfection and his skill level is top notch. I couldnâ t be happier with my decision to hire Jeremy, and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who wants their project to be flawless.

Jeremy did a fantastic job with our first floor remodel. We had a vision of what we wanted to do and Jeremy offered many more professional ideas to make our first floor completely upgraded. He always kept us updated with a timeline of tasks and made sure the plumber, electrician and painters were all scheduled to get their work done on time. He only works with the best! We are so impressed, we asked him to remodel our 2nd floor as well.

We hired Jeremy to finish our basement and we couldn't be happier. He was always up front and communicative. He offered great suggestions and went above and beyond to make our basement perfect! It's nice to have a dependable and knowledgeable contractor we can call for future needs. Jeremy will be out go to for anything we need done moving forward!!

JEREMY WAS DEFINITELY HANDS ON. ALWAYS CHECKED WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH PROGRESS AND OPTIONS I HAD CHOSEN. SENT ME PICTURES ON DAYS I WASNT THERE. SUGGESTED OPTIONS THAT WOULD MATCH WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE REST OF THE SELECTIONS. ANYTHING I WASN'T 100% SATISFIED WITH, HE CORRECTED RIGHT AWAY.

Jeremy was awesome! He was quick but thorough. He even took time to relay knowledge about the install and operation of the garage heater. Very impressed and would definitely recommend him to other customers.

Jeremy was amazing! He was very easy to work with, extremely accommodating and does amazing work! We were more than pleased with his communication and craftsmanship. He completed a whole house remodel for us after my father in law passed away and we just couldn't be happier with the end result. From the kitchen to the bathroom to the tile and granite counter tops, the house turned out absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

We purchased an older home and after living in it for a couple of months discovered a few issues in the attic and on the outside of the house that needed to be addressed. We also wanted to add additional interior lighting in three bedrooms and replace light fixtures on the outside of the home. Jeremy, from Grandview Construction, professionally addressed all our concerns regarding the necessary repairs to the house. He gave us an honest opinion on what needed to be handled and what steps needed to be taken to correct the issues. Because of Jeremyâ s home construction knowledge and carpentry skills, we were able to address the issues with the house along with making the improvements we were looking for at the same time. After working with Grandview Construction, on our house, I can say with full confidence that I would recommend their services. Grandview showed honesty, integrity, and professionalism in their work. Plus, the improvements they completed to our house turned out fantastic.

Worked with Jeremy from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout entire project. Explained everything, brought any issues/questions to my attention immediately. Jeremy anticipated most of the unexpected/unpredictable obstacles so we were never surprised by anything troublesome and if there was something that needed correcting Jeremy always had a quick, easy, low-cost solution right away. About as minimal of an impact on our daily lives (with a two year old and dog at home) for an in house project like this. We got exactly what we wanted

Jeremy was excellent throughout the entire process, from our initial design meeting through completion of the job. After our basement remodel was finished, I hired Jeremy again to build a deck for our home. Again, excellent job and done in a quick and timely manner. I d hire Jeremy for any home improvement projects, excellent work.

Jeremy from Grandview Construction replaced the trim on our garage doors, front and back doors and windows. He did excellent work, was professional and was really nice to work with. A few of my neighbors also had theirs replaced by him and the word is getting out! :-) I would highly recommend him. We plan on hiring him again to remodel our master bathroom later this year.

We hired Grandview Construction to remove and replace the columns on our front porch. We met with Jeremy to discuss the design, and he was able to create exactly the look we were going for. In addition to building beautiful new custom columns and railing, Jeremy and crew painted some of the brick trim on our home. We are thrilled with the result! Many of our neighbors have requested Jeremy's info, as they were so taken with his work. The process start to finish was positive; Jeremy was responsive and communicative, and there were no surprises. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

Jeremy's attention to detail is excellent. He expects nothing but perfection from himself and his crew. He is open and honest about estimates and overall costs. Prices are very fair. He is dependable and reliable. He does not complete unnecessary work or try to charge for extras. I feel he is trustworthy and a great communicator. He uses good quality products and cleans up the site when the project is complete. He arrived on time and is respectful of your time and space. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any small or large job.

Grandview Construction was hired to help with needed repairs due to water damage in our 3 bathrooms and laundry room .Jeremy and his crew worked from early morning to late afternoon in order to complete repairs on schedule. We were pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail . Grandview was honest and ethical in all our dealings and strived to consistently "go the extra mile" ... We plan to use Grandview on our next construction projects.
