ok. had some secondary repairs but no hassle.

I called and spoke to the receptionist. I stated I needed a 220v outlet installed for an electric stove. I asked if the company did that and she assured me that they did, though she did not sound like she knew a lot. I waited 10 days for the guy to walk into my house, tell me they don't do 220v, and leave. This puts my entire project back 10 days. What a waste of time!

Went fine, new faucet works without issues and at a more affordable price than a plumbing company charged to put in the original faucet.

I tried to contact about several jobs requiring attention in my properties. No response at all after 2 weeks. That's just nowhere near good enough in my book. I'll be using someone else.

That would be Adrian. He is excellent. I would nobody but him. I thought he was very reasonable. He did some other odd things but I can't remember. Maybe put a couple of barrier locks in my garage door. Just little things like changing a showerhead. But the main thing was the railings. He is the only one I ever use. I would tell them that they are punctual. They clean up very well. They are very professional. They are very skilled.

Most part went pretty well. They only thing is there was a bad start. He is supposed to show up for an estimate at the afternoon but showed up morning. But he did good work. The drywall was really good. Pricing seems a little high (or maybe it's been a while since I used a handyman that the pricing may have changed or increased) but I tried to compare the cost of the service and I think it's a pretty good deal.

Excellent job. They showed up early, were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the install and could operate before leaving. Very happy with the service I received.

initially slow and the technician gave up due to complexity but when asked to get guidance from other technician, he spent some time to figure out and complete the work

It went well and he was quick to respond but it was too expensive

Adrian came out and completed the projects. He called and let me know when he was going to be at my house. I felt for the time he spent the price was fair. I had a positive experience and I would hire them again.

Unable to do the work properly, supposed to arrange the hooks on the woods in a straight line & evenly space but the handyman that they sent was not able to do the spacing properly;

worked on three bathroom sinks... two did okay... one had to have a professional plumber fix. ceiling fan ... started work ... never finished and took $125.00 and walked away.

The service man was promptly as specified. Began work cleaned up as he went. All went well. Was satisfied with the wrk he completed.

They didn't keep me in the waiting in the house. The guy they sent did a really great job. He was pleasant to work with.

The work was done very well, but the company tried to double bill me. I paid the down payment with a check and gave a credit card for the balance due. When the charge showed up on my credit card, it was for the ENTIRE amount (2 individual charges in the amount of $600.00 each). Of course I disputed it with my credit card company and they contacted Handyman Connection. Handyman Connection said I never paid the down payment. Handyman Connection wrote to my credit card company and sent a copy of the order which clearly showed the dollar amount and check number in the lower right hand corner. When I was contacted by phone by my credit card company, they told me what was told to them by Handyman Connection. When I pointed out to the credit card company, the written amount of the deposit and the check number on the order, clearly the credit card company found in my favor and Handyman Connection reluctantly admitted their mistake! I will never use their services again

Buce was great. Punctual, professional, and focused. As he finished one thing on the list, moved right on to the next. I would absolutely hire him again.

Completed project but there were defects to it. They tried to fix defects but unable to. Wanted more money to completely redo. Used them before and they were good . But sucked with this

It went very well. Mike Savegnago came out, reviewed the work to be performed and provided me with a reasonable estimate for the work. Javier came out and performed the work in a very professional manner. The quality of his work was excellent. I will use Handyman Connection of Wheaton in the future and will specifically request Janier.

We have been using them for 23 years. I really like them. I use them a lot. They do good work. They come out pretty quickly when you need them.

They were fine. The price was a little bit steep.

Mark came out and estimated, he came out with a pattern for the backsplash. like a medallion, he started putting the tile up, looked a little crooked. The company asked for pictures and they acknowledged that they would fix it. Scheduled me for new appointment, Said he couldn't finish it, we asked him to take it down. We ordered more tiles because we lost some, we decided to not go with them. We ended up getting the tile down after some arguing. They were going to come and fix some walls. They didn't finish them and left them unpainted and unsanded. The wood trim around the ledge was a little chewed up, and they never did that either.

They are great! They send out the right people for the right job. They sent one worker for this job. The worker was great.
