Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling

We felt the price was too high and did not end up using them. Other than the price everything Lifeline Plumbing did was amazing. They even wrote down the part numbers I will need for the dishwasher so I can order them myself.

The provider checked my sump pump and told me I need a new one, which I anticipated. The 49.00 was really a waste of money since most service providers would come out for a free estimate if you were planning on purchasing a sump pump. The upside is the provider took off the 49.00 from the negotiated price once I brought up the fact that I felt the 49.00 was a waste of money.

Before 2014 ends I need to get all my thank you's in and acknowledge the outstanding work and integrity of this Company. On May 25, 2014 a Sunday and Memorial Day Weekend, the ejection pump in the basement just stopped functioning. It services the laundry and bathroom and there was water everywhere. Immediately, I telephoned Lifeline Plumbing, but thinking surely no one will be there and to my surprise a Representative answered, and I told her of my problem. She said without hesitation, I am sending Joel right now! Joel did an outstanding work of first patiently clearing out all of the water, drying the floors, and then installed a top of the line ejector pump (my choice). This pump far surpasses the one I had. It is quiet and efficient. The old pump made rolling noises as it cleared out the water and would end with a loud bang! Also, Joel secured the pump cord to the pole. I so appreciated this because the old pump cord was just heaped onto the floor. No other plumber ever did this. I also want to thank Mike Dilallo Lifeline Service Manager for his extraordinary kindness in making a donation to my Church in my behalf. Needless to say, I missed church that day. Cole came out and did an excellent job. He replaced the broken garbage disposal quickly and made sure all the pipes under the sink were all working properly and attached well. He explained everything that was to be done and made sure it was all back together well. I highly recommend Cole and Lifeline plumbing.

First visit on 11/28/14 to search leak. They had to remove shelving, trim and paneling on bottom of soffit to expose leak. They scheduled the work for 12/2/14. Sam D. and Brian performed the work very professionally and efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable in completing the job. The work is under warranty for one year. I will definitely call Lifeline Plumbing for future work.

I just called them this morning. As I was talking to him, I'm reading the fine print. He confirmed that he does not come to my area. He was very nice on the phone, answered right away.

He was prompt, friendly and gave us advice on our sump pumps. Our basement has flooded in the past due to sump pump failure so we were happy to see this big deal. We have used Lifeline Plumbing in the past and they are now our plumber of choice.

OK......but cost too much to find the problem

They came today. Repair was probably ok. They repaired a minor problem in the toilet. They repaired the flap, and repaired the drain in the tub. They charged an additional $615.00 for parts that cost like $20.00.

Sam did a great job in finishing the plumbing for the kitchen. I have some experience with plumbing, but it's the extra things that Sam does that help. He coiled copper like a spring behind the fridge to connect the ice maker, and kept the lines tidy at the back of the cabinet. Garbage disposal installation went perfectly, and everything works as expected; no leaks. I was very impressed with the professionalism of his work, and glad that I have a modern gas valve installed on the oven's gas line. Despite some incomplete work with the cabinets when the countertop went in, Sam drilled out the necessary space and got the faucet to work. Sam's work in the kitchen is the example of what an ideal plumbing experience should be like.

They dug to get out the cracked pipe and replace it. Our problems have all been resolved.

I called Lifeline due to Angie's list reviews and they exceeded my expectations. I had construction performed by a shady contractor (Not found on Angie's List?lesson learned) that did a poor job making repairs around my home (Plumbing included). The drywall in my baby's room started appearing to be wet where the previous contractor had allegedly capped off a faucet and drywalled it into the wall. Two days before Christmas. I called Lifeline who in their own wisdom determined this was an emergency and despite being fully booked, sent out Keith D within a couple hours to make the repairs. Keith was super professional, friendly, empathetic and stayed for several hours until the job was done right. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the job Keith did (with me watching for several hours over his shoulder). He fixed the multiple mistakes made by the previous contractor and made sure it was done right before leaving. Keith was a very positive person who spoke very highly and respectful of his current employers. He was a joy to have in my home, despite the circumstances to which brought him here. Give this man a raise. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifeline Plumbing to anyone on this list or anyone I know.

Things are fine except the deal's water heater will not work for replacing my current water heater.

Lifeline did not provide me any services because I felt they were evasive about the special deal they were offering through Angie's List. I am not a plumber and have no idea what it would cost to change the inner works of three toilets in my house. I wanted to find out if I purchased the $200 worth of plumbing services for $99 what might be left over or if I would be expecting a very large bill. The person that answered the phone said they do not offer estimates over the phone. I tried to explain that I did not want an estimate for my job but just an idea of an average cost of the work. I even told her that I am not going to insist that the amount would be the charged amount. I wanted to know if I should expect in the ballpark of $50 a toilet, $100 per toilet or $250 per toilet. Maybe I am crazy but should I buy something and have no idea if I will be left with a credit I may never use or have to suddenly cough up an extra $500.

.The service was good and providers were knowledgeable and friendly too.

This was my second time using the company, and everything went very well.? Scheduling and communicating was easy, they did a great job without leaving a mess, and Evan, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly while?he worked.? Furthermore, he gave honest and transparent advice about a minor leak he discovered during the installation.

Made appointment. They called day before to move to later time. I indicated that it was not possible. They said they will see what they can do. Never called me back so I assumed we were on track. Day of service I got call at the end of the time range to tell me that they were running late (90 to 120 minutes late). I cancelled as they seemed totally unprofessional not been straight from the beginning. Later that day somebody from the office called me to apologize and offer free service at a later date.

Fantastic and professional service for replacement of ejector pump switch. Initially I purchased the $49 comprehensive inspection and the technician found out that I had a faulty switch for my ejector pump.

They were great from the first phone call all the way to the end. I called on a Friday and they showed up in a few hours to establish problem and give quote. They ended up fitting us in on a Saturday with no issues at all. I have never experienced a company with such professionalism and prompt service. They do not charge more for Saturdays which was great. I am planning on using them again for a whole house water filtration system.

Explained all the things that were not working properly and gave me options. Professional and courteous.

Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection and Water-Heater flush

Sam and Cole came in afternoon when I made appt. that morning. Thoroughly professional.

The quality of the service was very good. The professionalism was superior. The only issue was an exceptionally high cost for about 2hours job.. We feel the highest retail charges were applied to the repair parts.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it turned out fairly well. I did not have any problem with them; it is just that they were so far out. Once I had something done a question came up after that, but I did not even bother calling them back out. But they did a fine job. Nothing stood out. It was just that particular day I picked the deal because I did not know what I was dealing with and some people come and do an evaluation and you owe for that even if it is something simple. I got the deal because I figured if they came out and did an evaluation and there was something simple I could still have them do something else. The work they did turned out fine and the interaction I had with them was very limited but I had no problems. I had them do the work as soon as I purchased it.
