If you just want your car washed, this place is probably ok, but there is no way I would let them buff or polish a car. Despite his statements that he is great at his work, he buffed too hard in one area & took paint off a corner of the hood; he then proceeded to tell me "that can happen". The hood was slightly above the fender at that point causing a high spot which he didn't pay attention to. He only buffed about half the car before he quit & told me he couldn't finish that day (it was only about 1:00 pm- I think he had other cars he was supposed to do & didn't have any help). He grossly underestimated the time it would take, making excuses, & I had gone there 2 different days- still, he wanted to take care of other cars who made appointments after me- very unprofessional. Minor point, but he used some cleaner on the paint that was not intended for car finishes & would hurt it, making one question his knowledge, too. The only good point was that he didn't charge me.
