 + -1 moreI am very impressed so far with this company. Brandon and his supplier Scott from Human Air Quality are examples of what business should be. They helped me solve a big HVAC problem with urgency and fairness in pricing. I highly recommend contacting Brandon before you make any HVAC decisions or to get advice on what to do. He is highly knowledgeable and patient. I will be posting reviews as we go through the process but so far, I can rest knowing these 2 will follow through and I'll be a happy customer! I wish I found them 2 months ago! And wish there were 10 stars. Stay tuned! But don't hesitate, call them.

 + -1 moreExcellent service and very knowledgeable team. The tech showed up as scheduled and took the time to explain everything. My wall unit needed to go into the shop for more detailed evaluation. Brandon called back a few days later and explained the problems with my unit. He advised that rather than dump a lot of money into my older unit I'd be better off getting it replaced. He could have just advised doing the repairs and made more money but instead was honest. They only charged me for the initial service call and nothing for the work in the shop. I'm sure it took some time to take it apart and evaluate it and I was charged nothing for that. I will keep their info for my future AC maintenance as well as recommend them to others in need of service.

 + -1 moreI have been through half a dozen companies and I would not know as to what I would do without them. Overall, it was excellent. Their attention to detail, professionalism and job knowledge stood out to me. They specialized in window and wall units. A lot of the hotels and the buildings like mine would have the through the wall air conditioners and heaters. I have been using them for my home as well. I had a great success with them.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Yearound Service Company two weeks ago to do spring service on all of my through the wall air conditioners and heaters. They serviced 150 units that included pulling them, full cleaning, oiling the compressors and checking everything.
