We’re There Pet Care is the best! They have been caring for my dogs since 1998, and we have always had terrific, loving, attentive au pairs! They’re reliable, warm and friendly, and give the dogs lots of attention and affection. We like that we have the same au pair for extended periods, as there is not a lot of turnover. Desi and Nate are very accommodating, flexible and pleasant to work with. They do everything to make the dogs' experience fun and our life easier. We’ve recommended them to many of our canine friends.

We're There Pet Care has been walking my dog for the past 11 years. I have never had one problem regardless of who the dog walker is. Everyone has been so professional, leaving a note with every visit. I've never had any problem with the way my house was treated. Desi has always been responsive when I have called to schedule an appointment--and that service has been consistent over a long period of time.

I was concerned because I had a cat that needed medication. They came and looked at the layout and met the animals. They left notes and texts for me. Everything was left in good condition. I am using them again this year.

We were happy with their services. They left nice notes on what happened each day they visited the cats. Also, the cats didn't seem as excited to see us when we returned, which was impressive. That meant that We're There Pet Care actually hung out at the house for a while with them, since normally the cats are crazy to see us since no one has spent any time with them while we're gone. We're There Pet Care obviously spent the allotted time we paid for with the cats. We will continue to hire We're There Pet Care to watch after Casper and Mugsey when we are out of town!

We have been clients of WTPC for 15 years (3 dogs). They are an outstanding dog walking service. The managers go way above and beyond what you expect to make sure that your dog is safe, well cared-for and exercised during the walks. And, they are very, very client-focused. On many occasions, they have helped me at the last minute - like when I get stuck at the office unexpectedly and need an evening walk - or, when one of my family members from out-of-town became ill and I had to leave with 12 hours notice for 3 days (they came in and stayed with our dog). I also love the fact that they are affiliated with Family Pet Animal Hospital (in the same building) - so, if they show up and find my dog is sick, they can get him to Family Pet ASAP for treatment. I have referred many of my "high maintenance" friends to WTPC and all of them have stayed with the company. You can't go wrong with WTPC. One final note - a few years ago, one of my neighbors pulled me aside to let me know that our dog walker skips down the side walk with our dog and sings to him - apparently, our boy absolutely loved this attention and was trotting right along, wagging his tail - this is just a minor example of the kind of extra care and attention that your dog will receive when with WTPC walkers. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to refer even my pickiest of friends and colleagues to WTPC.

They take care of cats as well. They are punctual, professional and responsive. Their pricing is reasonable as well. My dog is on their company’s website. They are very knowledgeable and I have been satisfied with their service.

I have found We're There Pet Care to be extremely reliable. In four years, they have ALWAYS come on the days expected and completed the tasks required. The friendly daily notes the employees leave sound like they genuinely care about animals and my cats are always in good shape when I return. I definitely recommend this service.

Our dogs now are 6 and 2 and are so excited when their walker comes by to take them out. One thing that I really appreciate is that we have only had 2 walkers, except for occasional fillins, in all this time. WTPC is always on time, they always call if the slightest incident occurs during the walk and we get a daily note. Desi, Nate, Grant and the entire staff are just great. I trust this company with the care of my dogs and my home. Everyone is just great.

It was a good experience with them. They were trustworthy and reliable. I could call them the same day we were leaving and they would come the next day. They were very responsive and we never had any problems.

I've used We're There Pet Care for several years. When I first adopted my cat (age 5) I had the impression of how easy a cat was & you could just load up on food, water & leave them while out of town. I did this on 2 different weekends and came home to find my cat totally out of sorts. Once I started using WTPC I came home and she was not only normal, but seemed quite relaxed and happy. One time I was out of the country for 10 days during a time when my cat was having dietary issues & needed 2 visits a day at specific intervals. They were able to accommodate this request and I was able to enjoy my vacation since I didn't have to worry about my pet! Another time I had to leave town unexpectedly due to a death in the family. Went home & took my cat, forgetting to cancel the weekend pet care service for a weekend away I had planned. WTPC called my cell since they knew her demeanor to always come out and greet visitors. They were genuinely concerned when they couldn't find my cat.

Each visit is noted with a short message from the sitter. One cat is very shy, but each sitter does his/her best to make sure both cats are seen and talked to/played with. I love this service!

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 16 YEARS. IT RECENTLY CHANGED HANDS, AND THE NEW OWNERS SEEM JUST AS CONSCIENTIOUS AS THE ORIGINALS. NO PROBLEMS EVER, AND THEY SEEM TO TRULY CARE ABOUT MY PETS, AS WELL AS MY CONCERNS ABOUT BEING AWAY. WHEN I CALL TO BOOK SERVICE, I'M CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY FOR CONFIRMATION.
