The “idea” of Aqua Pools started in the spring of 1974 when we completed our first in ground pool. At that time it was under the name of Mr. Macks in ground pool division. After the first few pools were finished, word of our quality in ground pools spread throughout Evergreen Park and Orland Park. Mr. Macks became so busy with in ground swimming pools that in the fall of 1978 a separate entity was formed and Aqua Pools officially became a reality.

"Terrible company! I had a home warranty that was set to expire at the end of the year and my hot water heater went out a week before. I was set up with center guard plumbing who came out and only replaced a part on the water heater that didnt need to be replaced. The whole thing needed to be replaced! The "repair did nothing so incalled them back a week later and they sent a plumber out who actually did testa this time and told me it was shot and if he was the tech last time he wouldve replaced the whole thing. But because the warranty had just expired after the initial "repair" all they did was quote me an outrageous price for a new one. They dont stand by their work and thats a shame"
