Turned up 5 hours earlier than scheduled and had them come back. Didn't have bags to put the leaves in and said mine were too flimsy, then piled them in a different part of the yard than where I told them. I had people coming to install a new boiler and they told them I wasn't home, so they left. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
