I called to schedule an appointment and they were at my house within an hour. The men were polite and professional and did the job well. It was more expensive than the last time we got our vent cleaned, but I'm just glad to have it done.

The appointment was made for 2/14/13, arrival between 10 am and 12 pm. The service technicians arrived a little before 11 am, with the job taking around 2 1/2 hours. The techs were very thorough in their approach, and very careful in removing vent screws in order to access the vents in each room. They provided us a before and after look into the vents through a video camera, and carefully moved and replaced several pieces of furniture in order to access the vents. They cleaned up and removed all paper and materials, and were very courteous and professional. We are 100% satisfied with their service and will definitely use then in the future.

I called Mr. Duct and spoke to a sales rep who was very informative and helpful. There was never any sort of pressure. He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule our air duct cleaning for the following Saturday. Today, I received a call from the same person, telling me that the technicians would be arriving within a half an hour. Mario and John arrived on time. (They even covered their shoes when they walked into the house!) They were friendly and professional. They explained everything and went to work. We were apprehensive because we have animals. They were able to finish one room first so that we could keep the animals safely in that room. They were great about showing us what they were doing and how much stuff they were able to removed from our ducts. They showed us the before and after - wow! It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Mr. Duct!

Mr. Duct first came to my business to clean the exhaust post-construction. They were timely, professional, efficient and provided helpful tips. They noticed that one of the vent covers had not been installed properly, previously, and they fixed that. Their price was very reasonable. I was satisfied with their service and scheduled them to come to my home to clean all ducts after a flood clean-up and construction had circulated tremendous dust. They used their camera to show me the extent of the dust/dirt requiring cleaning. They finished within the estimated timeframe and were on their way. Before leaving they took the time to point out that we may want to take care of a kink in the dryer tube as it would impact efficiency over time. This was above and beyond as I did not ask them to do anything with the dryer area in the first place. A good team.

They were one time, thorough and quick. I paid exactly what was quoted over the phone. The two guys were friendly and professional. I would DEFINITELY use Mr. Duct again!

When I called, they were able to give me an appointment on the day I requested. They gave me a two hour window. They arrived right on time, got to work quickly. The whole thing took 20 minutes. Both people were very polite, pleasant and professional. I'm pleased with the work and will call them next time. Price seems high - but everything does at this point.

Professional outfit. They showed up when they said they would and took care of business efficiently and thoroughly. Our asthma improved and the house feels cleaner. Very pleased with this company.

They were prepared to do the work and checked out the ducts, which have material that was suspicious and might spread into the house. Also they found vents that were not air tight, leaking much heat into the basement rather than into the home itself. They will refund the money as they could not do the work -- AND gave me great information on my house's needs

All went well, just thought it should cost less because I have a small condo.

These guys were GREAT! I called yesterday for an estimate and they were here at 8 am this morning! Jorge and Ernesto were here right on time and they were friendly and professional. They were very respectful of my home and were very clean. They even wiped down my wall and vacuumed the huge dust bunnies I had due to my dryer pipe being attached incorrectly at the time of install! I can't say enough good things. The price I was quoted on the phone, was exactly the price I paid when the guys were done. I would definitely get these guys again.

The crew was very friendly and worked quickly to clean out our dryer vent. They tested the airflow before and after and it had doubled after the cleaning was complete. They did not leave any mess behind and were great to work with.

I was told in the initial phone call the process would take about 3 hours to complete with a 2 person crew. The job actually took less than half of that and the 2 person crew seemed to rush through it. When I called to ask about why it fast done so fast, I was told that it was actually 3 "man hours" of work and not 3 clock hours, which was not what I was told initially. They did send someone out to reinspect the work and said it had been done correctly. After posting this review, I promptly received a phone call from Mark from the company asking what they could do to make the situation right. I was impressed with the responsiveness and concern he expressed about wanting to make a good impression. He offered to do a few additional services for free and I accepted the offer and will post reviews of those when they are complete and update this post. After talking with Mark I felt more confident that they were a reputable company that did care about their customers. Perhaps the person I had talked with initially on the phone was not a good representation of the company as a whole. I wish more companies would care as much about their customers' feedback and satisfaction as Mr. Duct does!

Mario and Brian from Mr. Duct arrived with their crew at 08:00 hrs and began setting up their equipment immediately. They walked me through he process telling me what they were going to do and showed me video feeds of several vents and returns before cleaning. There was a lot of dirt accumulated in the vents, upstairs more than down. For 3.5 hrs they worked cleaning the vents and the two furnaces. I watched as they carefully cut holes in the duct work inorder to hook up the vacuum systems which were located outside the home. A compressed air tube was gently fed into the vents and returns to dislodge the dirt that was then sucked into the giant vacuum cleaner outside. The slightest mess from removing return covers was cleaned before they left. Mario said he has been with Mr.Duct for six years and is certified , as are several other employees , to do this type of work. He and Brian did great work and never stopped except to ask if I had a question or if I wanted to check out what they were doing next. I was able to view the finished work through their remote camera that snaked down into the vents and they were remarkably free of the dust and dirt I saw myself only three hours before. The vacuum holes were patched properly and the house was left cleaner than before they arrived. I was very happy to have found Mr.Duct on Angies's List.

Ivan and Ryan were very professional and efficient. The dryer was not heating but has worked great since they cleaned the vent. They did a lot of work and were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and offered advice for how to avoid the problem in the future. I had a very good experience with Mr. Duct.

The person I talked to at Mr. Duct explained exactly what would be done to both the supply and return duct-work. As part of the cleaning they also cleaned the motor. The work was done on time and done very well. They removed their shoes upon entering the house so there was no dirt from the outside. I was showed a dirty duct and when it was cleaned. BIG difference. All in all an excellent experience.

The guys showed up on time and did a great job. They explained everything they were doing and were happy to show me how dirty our ducts were. They cleaned everything up before leaving. I found several other places that were much more expensive so I'm glad I went with Mr. Duct.

Arrived early. Took pictures of the before and after. Cleaned up afterwards and cleaned each register. I was amazed at the amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent. Will definitely use this vendor again.

Mr. Duct did a great job ! I am a VERY particular buyer and the best thing I can say is that Cesar and his colleague listened to me very closely and really took the time to address all details and questions that my wife and I had. I would highly recommend this company ( assuming all of their folks are like Cesar and his colleague ! )

The primary service person was friendly and appeared highly competent. The other service person didn't seem to have a clue - maybe he was being trained, I don't know. The primary person had to take over for the other service person when he was trying to put the cold air return vent back on. He tried to re-install it for over 20 minutes and turned down help from me when I asked if he needed assistance. When the furnace was being cleaned, a connector to the furnace's circuit board was knocked loose, so the furnace blower would not start. I located the issue and resolved it on my own. When the dryer duct was to be cleaned the service person didn't ask if the dryer could be moved out and attempted to move it, almost dislodging the vent connection to the dryer. When the primary service person removed the outside vent cap, he revealed that the venting was never connected to it and was probably exhausting the air and moisture into the attic. He offered to take care of it and did so competently.

These guys were great! I just purchased my condo in Aug and after two months my dryer quit. I had a repair man come out to fix it. After changing a small part he told me even though the dryer was working, he'd never seen a vent as clogged as mine. He strongly advised me to not use the dryer until it was cleaned out. I checked Angie's List and selected Mr. Duct based on the reviews. They were very accurate! The guys showed up on time, were very professional and even slipped on paper booties so as to not track dirt on my new carpet!! They were finished in less than 30 minutes. I can say that I will use them again for continued maintenance.
