Mario and his crew were extremely hard working. The work ended up being more extensive than initially scoped as the water damage to my roof couldn t truly be seen until the rooftop deck was removed. He provided me with a fair quote for the additional work and had his team push through the job by working over the weekend. When we discovered that some patching work needed to be done after the job was complete, Mario was very flexible in coming back and making sure it was done to meet all quality standards. Very easy to work with this vendor - definitely recommend!

Mario did a perfect on the flat roof with his co-worker. They worked on a sweltering hot day, but stayed on the job and did the very best work I could ask for under the conditions. Not one leak afterwards when heavy rains followed. He also reattached a fallen piece of siding without charge. I will definitely call Mario again for future work.

Mario fixed some "mystery" leaks in a Chicago three flat (asphalt flat roof) which were not apparent to the eye. The price was fair, the service quick, professional and friendly

My wife and I hired lakeview roofing comp to repair a leaking roof. Lakeview roofing company previously came and repaired our flat roof over 3 weeks ago. We had another issue with our roof on the other side of the house. They went above and beyond our expectations. It was determined that when we bought our house the roofers did a poor job in installing the roof.Lakeview roofers inspected and showed us the terrible job the previous roofers did. They worked with us and went above and beyond to repair the damage. I highly recommend this company. They care about their customers and provide quality work.

Repaired storm damage to a flat roof shortly after it happened. Quick and thorough and did some extra repairs. We ll have them back to do additional repairs when it s not an emergency too!

Sometimes you just trust people and you are wrong. 1. I should have known Paying $1400 in advance to solve a leak in the office was a red flag. 2. Mario suggested in their contract that the drain be redone. I have a copy of the contract. So it was in less than 2 hours. Quite expensive for 2 hours work ! By the way, they left a pile of trash on the roof, hidden under a generator. I do not believe they thought I would go on the roof and check on their work. 3. The very next time it rained it leaked exactly in the same place and ruined 4 ceiling tiles. Should I say more their work is guaranteed for one year so the drain that was no leaking is guaranteed not to leak. So they are done. HOWEVER, THE ONLY THING I WANTED WAS THE LEAK FIXED. I need to hire someone for that. Home Advisor should review this company
