It went great! Stan and his apprentice did an amazing job installing our high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Stan was very informative during the entire process and even gave us ideas on how to do the basement when we finish it. I believe Stan went the extra mile and you can tell he loves his job. That's the type of service people you want working for you.

Javier called to let me his ETA. He arrives promptly, evaluated the issue abs resolves it. My heat was up and running in no time. He also notices that my whole home humidifier’s filter needed changing as evidenced by a leak. Javier serviced the humidifier also. We were very grateful for his efficiency and professionalism and even more grateful to have some heat again.

Quoted $1395 for new circuit board and installation. Actual price for circuit board is around $200. Ridiculous mark up.service tech was very prompt and professional. $800 mark up on circuit board and $395 for installation is just wrong.

Quality check on my furnace which determined I need a new one.It went well because because earlier another company just told me my furnace was fine. Fourseason said I need a new one and turned off my gas to the furnace for my safety. I was very pleased

Tech performed service per protocols. He informed me that the water line to the attached humidifier was brittle and needed to be replaced. This was an expensive repair but I was offered a discount. Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures.

Our service man was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He was properly attired per CDC guidelines and his work area was spotless when he left our home. Great service!

I was duped into paying an additional $179.00 for an $89.00 Cleaning. The technician claimed a gas leak was discovered in the gas line "elbow joint". He showed me the leak and it simply required a bolt too be tightened. This was required BEFORE THE CLEANING COULD BE DONE! That simple process cost me $179.00! What a rippoff! I can only hope the cleaning was done! If you insist on being duped and ripped off by this company, WATCH THE TECH.FROM THE MOMENT THEY WALK IN UNTIL THE MOMENT THEY WALK OUT!

the 4 Seasons tech guy called me when he was 5 minutes away, then arrived on-time (4 Seasons gave me a 5-hour service arrive interval, from 8am - 1pm). As he was performing his clean and check work, he had he observe his findings. After he finished his work, he showed me the bill on this phone, and promised to have my work invoice/receipt emailed to me. I did pay, by check,

the actual installation process was completed in a timely and professional manner. During the service call to diagnose the problem the technician was able to restore heat but given the age of the unit he could not guarantee that the problem would occur again during the winter months. The only complaint I have is that the cost of the unit installed should have been clearly stated on the receipt explaining and illustrating the rebate amount and final cost. I did talk to the company about this as I felt a bit misinformed. Given the current world circumstances If i had more time may have been better to get another estimate. However, the company did apply the Angie's list discount, made the supervisor aware of the lack of transparency and agreed the written proposal/estimate should have been detailed. I'm not sure I would hire again but would consider this company as part of the estimate process and would seek other estimates for comparison
