I needed the lock replaced on the door that leads from the garage to the house. I called them and arranged a time. They came out, replaced it, and I was quite happy. The only wrinkle is that I think it's better to come a bit late than too early. I had other things to do but returned early, and I'm glad I did because he was early, too. Maybe specifying a range is safer. They did a great job, and I will hire them again.

Service was prompt and quick. However, they were a bit overpriced for what was provided.

I was disappointed by Quick Key Locksmith. While not every aspect of the experience was bad, I would look elsewhere for an honest, respectful, and polite organization. It began when I called and spoke to the manager/owner Gal (?). He assured me that the parts I needed were in stock. Turns out they weren't. This was frustrating because it interfered with the schedule of other contractors working at our home. The technician showed me a book from which to order the parts. We spent an hour looking and decided. Then 30 minutes later he said that none of the parts he helped us choose would work for our doors. Ugh. Wasted time and energy. Also shows a lack of expertise. Finally they began working installing knobs and electric strikes easily enough. When he began to install the flush mount bolts his drill cut the wire to my electric strike. He then decided he could/would not install flush mount bolts, but surface mount instead -- which (you guessed it) had to be ordered and delayed us another week. They also had to send a different technician (Mike - who did an amazing job) to replace the wire. But now I also had to have my door repaired from the damage that he did when failing to install the flush mount bolts. In the end, the work is not great, but OK. The technicians were polite and punctual. Gal was generally not helpful, and when I complained about the delays and poor work he started yelling and blaming me saying I was a difficult customer. The one thing they are good at is getting paid. There were no delays in trying to get the money out of my pocket. They were also overpriced compared to other locksmiths, but I chose them because they supposedly had the parts in stock, which they didn't. So I ended up paying more.

On Sept. 3rd, guy(Frank) came out, assessed the situation, then went to Home Depot to purchase the lock to match after taking a few pictures. He called a few hours later and said Home Depot didn't have the lock. Said he'd have his office order, will likely take a week and he'll call me to come out to install. That was 3 weeks ago. Never heard back. Called Frank and asked him if the part had come in and he said he no longer is with that company. Then called the company. They did some research and said parts were never ordered and we'd have to begin the process all over again and it would likely be 3 weeks before the parts could come in from Canada. What started as a simple job has now turned into a 6 - 8 week mess. I could manufacture the door with the appropriate locks in that amount of time. I would not suggest working with this group.

Have utilized their services in the past for our rental property, and have consistently been satisfied with the service they offer.

The technician was on time and very professional. He explained the work he did and did a great job.

Sky went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. In addition to re-keying eight locks, he recommended changing out a door knob since it was rusted and fixing it would only work in the short term. He also noticed that several doors were difficult to lock and unlock, which created a safety issue. To address it, he ground out the lock holes so the locks lined up better with the holes in the door frame. He was great, and I highly recommend both him and ET Locksmith & Security.

I didn’t like the first knob because it locked automatically from garage to house. He found an adjustment for that. So that I would not lock myself out. The service was polite and completed the job,he cleaned up when he completed his work.

Extremely well. They were very informative, advising me that the doors required special materials due to their thickness. I ordered the materials and they promptly returned to complete the work.

uneventful - smoothly

The repair man arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. However I was charged a service fee as well as a $60 repair fee for 5 minutes of work, when all he did was tighten some screws. I called the company and they would not budge on pricing. I would not recommend using the Company as their pricing is arbitrary to the amount of work involved.

Chris was great. He arrived during the scheduled visit window, answered all questions and adjusted our front door lock so the lock closed better than before. The staff on the phone that I dealt with when setting up the visit was also very professional and helpful. I will use ET again for future needs!

I had no idea how much something like this would cost. I contacted ET Locksmith via email. They got back to me within the hour, answered my questions and were able to come out the next day to replace the lock and provide me with two keys. The whole process was very easy.
