We've been using them for about a year. What stands out is the fact that I can get my cat in within a few minutes when I have an urgent need. I really like them. I think they're very helpful and very concerned about the pets. The price was reasonable.

If you love your animals PLEASE DONT TAKE THEM THERE! They lost my dog 2 years ago when she was being boarded. She was missing for 4 days before we found her. The owner Kathy acted concerned the first day, but the remainder of the time she was posting on her own Facebook pictures of her at the State Fair having a great time! Unprofessional as a business owner when people trust you to care/watch for their animals and you neglect/lose them! You would think the staff would treat their clients pets as their own. Sadly not the case. She blamed my dog saying she jumped 2 8 feet fences....she was 8. No injuries and vet even agreed highly doubtful. And message for owner.....I WAS an actual client so yes my review is valid!!!

She is always on time, prompt, and calls back when she says she's going to. She had a baby recently and she had a replacement that was licensed to take over so that her customers would not go without. She is just a very sweet person and so great with the dogs.

SOGGIE PAWSMy cat is fuzzy and she gets her fur tangled very easily. I had looked around for a cat groomer with no avail until I stumbled upon this company. They are very reasonably priced. We thought it would cost $20 to have have her washed, brushed, claws trimmed, and her belly shaved but it only cost $10! We were the only owners of cats in there that day but there were at least three to five other dogs and they all looked amazing and were very happy to see the groomer. I will most definitely recommend Soggie Paws to ANYONE who needs a amazing groomer.- Victoria K.

Du Quoin Dog GroomingI have a Cavalier and this was her first professional grooming. Owner was running on time. Her shop is neat and clean and she provides a safe environment for her clients. She did not rush the bath and trimming yet she worked at a productive pace. She put my little girl at ease and she did great. She came out looking like a Cavalier should. I understand she groomed for show dogs in the past and has been doing this for several years. Price for grooming is good and you can tell she genuinely cares about pets.- julie h.

K 9 KUTS GROOMING SALONWe have four Yorkies and we used her for a while. She did a really good job grooming! She then moved and we tried contacting her several times but she never returned our calls. Even when she was closer she was bad about returning phone calls. We got frustrated and decided to go with someone else.- Pamala L.

BEST GROOMING BY LANAWe've been taking our poodle shih-tzu mix to Lana for a while now and we're very happy with the service. We call for an appointment and she usually books us in a couple days later. Drop off in the morning and pick up a little after noon. They do a terrific job and our dog loves them.- Jeff A.

Paw-N-Claws Pet ResortWe have a labradoodle puppy. She is very excitable and heavy - about 65 lb. She is difficult to corral at times. The ladies at Paw-n-Claws are very good with her. They ask what kind of cut we'd like, and they call if they cannot meet those expectations. The last time, our dog was shedding her puppy coat, and they called me a few hours after I dropped her off to say that there were a lot of mats. They gave me the option of having them hand pick them out or just cutting her a little shorter. They ask about problem areas as well. They are very knowledgeable, and they have helped me learn about how to brush and care for her in between grooming sessions. They have weekend hours, which makes it very convenient for us, as we both work during the week. I have been very happy with both the services they provide and the knowledge of their groomers.- Erica K.

BEST FRIEND PET GROOMINGJust an absolute wonderful convenience to have a caring, professional, highly experienced mobile pet groomer come to your home! We love Teri and how she takes care of our little dogs who even sleep with us. Total cost for all of our 3 dogs is usually about $100 +/- a dollar or so. We have been having her come to our home for several years now and don't know what we would do if she ever decided to retire. She is actually trying to expand as her waiting list of new clients is very long. She has enough dogs waiting for their first grooming she has equipped a second grooming trailer. She is looking for just the right employee that meets her high standards before she lets anyone else groom independently at a different location the dogs she loves so much.- Liz B.

Pampered PetsWe were able to just walk in and have their nails trimmed right away. We did not have to wait or make an appointment. She was very good with out animals and quick.- Jacqueline O.

Pets R USAlthough I'm new to having a dog and patronizing pet groomers I had been going to one place - but then the groomer at that place moved on. So I found Pets R Us and brought my dog there. I was not happy to learn that they expected me to leave her with them, in a kennel, until the afternoon. I balked at this and then they said they could do her next; that made me feel better. After handing over my dog I was quite surprised that they had only one way to get her into the raised shower and the raised grooming table; two workers lifted her. I generally stay away from where the groomers work so that my dog doesn't whine upon seeing me (thinking it was time to go). So I stayed out of sight. However after learning that they did not have a ramp to get my dog where they needed her to be I stayed close by to see how they would handle that. Apparently they have 2-3 people work together to lift her up, and I could hear that it was somewhat fearful for my dog. I gave this business an A overall because they obviously served well the smaller dogs. I did not like putting my dog through the stress of having two people manage to lift her up, get her down, lift her up, get her down. In the end they accomplished the tasks I had requested. Upon paying I was surprised to learn that I had to pay in cash or by check. I did not have the means to do this and had to resort to paying the store using a credit card that would find its way to the groomer. I am reluctant to admit that I completely forgot to tip the groomers.- S B.
