Dean came out the same day I called, which was great because I procrastinated on calling and I was worried about potential freezing that night. He had to come back three times to finish winterizing my system, due to reasons beyond his control. He also had to find and fix a buried valve to get everything right. He didn't charge me anything extra, and I think a lot of people probably would have. Thanks, Dean! You're my guy from now on!
