Chicago Professional Flooring, was very prompt and performed high quality work. They completed the job right on schedule. Arnold, the Owner, went above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend them for Stairs. The craftsmen was respectful and clearly cared about my project. The stairs are one of the greatest things about our home.

Arnold fixed/hid some errors I had made when attempting the job myself. He worked with me to select a stain and staining method that would create a similar appearance for two species of wood in my staircase. The workers were very effective, respectful, polite, quality-oriented, and obviously were aware of "detail" requests I had provided directly to Arnold via phone or e-mail. Arnold personally approved the job when complete. Arnold and the workers kept me familiar with the schedule on a day-to-day basis. They explained the characteristics of the products they used to refinish the staircase.

We couldn't be happier with our new iron and wood railing. Arnold is very customer service oriented; quickly responds to all voice messages and emails. Could not have asked for better workmanship & crew cleaned job site every day.

Hired them to refinish 17 year old maple hard wood floor and it looks brand new. Crew did a great job, very friendly and supervisor kept me informed of the progress and what was going on the entire time. Chicago Professional Flooring did an amazing job on our floors. We had our entire first floor sanded, stained darker, and finished with 3 coats of Bona Traffic. We were told the process would be "dustless" and it really was. There was no mess anywhere. They finished ahead of schedule, for exactly the amount quoted and we are VERY pleased. Would definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend.

Arnold was very accessible and good at communicating. The guy who did the installation did a pretty good job tho he got paint splattered around my driveway and fence. They came back to clean it up at least. Good price, decent quality. I would use again for flooring or railings.

Arnold came to evaluate the job, established the start date and did the job as specified. There were no surprises or hidden extras. He did an outatanding job and we are very satisfied.

Very happy with my floors. They look like they did 13 years ago when we first built our house. Job was done in 3 days like they had said. The most amazing thing was that it truly was dustless. I had anticipated alot of dust...based on comments from others who have had their floors refinished. Was pleasantly surprisded. I would definitely hire them again.
