Mike came out at a moment's notice because I needed the furnace checked on a house my Buyer's were considering purchasing. The company who checked it prior to Sermon Service & Electric gave an $800 quote to fix the furnace. Mike thoroughly checked it and said it was in good shape. He gave a couple of recommendations but nothing actually had to be done for it to work fine.
