Several times, i dropped my dog off for grooming and the owner allowed her inexperienced daughter to cut hair, resulting in my dog being injured. i won't ever go back.

Did excellent job and dogs seemed very relaxed! Was extremely pleased and will use them again!

I was extremely satisfied with Shear Pawfection! They were very professional from setting up my appointment in a timely manner all the way through. They asked me what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. I also love the fact that if I wish to stay while she was getting groomed, I was welcome to. They finished exactly at the time they said they would also!! They treated my Yorkie with kindness and love! I have not used them again since, but I plan on taking both of my Yorkies back!! I was extremely pleased with the whole process.

The Girls are very friendly and they greet my dogs by name. My dogs like them, and I have been pleased with their work. They are ready for the dogs when I arrive, and call me when they are ready to be picked up.

From call to payment, it was an overall great service experience. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and were very friendly when I came in. The drop off went smoothly and I was able to pick up my dog three hours later. The groomer followed my instructions on the cut perfectly. I have no complaints with their service.
