My Italian greyhounds never need a grooming, just those pesky toenails need to be clipped. I used to have my vets clip them, but they never seemed to cut them short enough. I found Audrey's and can say I am very happy I did!! They are always very friendly and seem to be very happy to see my girls when I bring them in. Their nails are nice and short and they will use the nail clipper and grinder so they are nice and smooth! I never need an appt like at my vet and the price is very reasonable. My girls and I are very very happy with Audrey's!

I wanted to share my experience with this dog service. This was our first time coming to this facility with our 10 month old boxer/husky mix dog. I dropped off at 7:30 am for a day to "wear him out playing with friends". That was my intent anyway. At 4:30 my husband and children went to pick up our dog and the staff couldn't find him. I eventually joined my husband at the facility to figure out how you lose a dog. All while thinking that there was NO WAY he was missing. He had to be there somewhere. A worker had me walk all the kennels and look in every single one... my dog was not there. The staff continued to assure me that the owner was on his way and we would figure this out. The owner, Kevin, showed up and went right away to review video footage. After 20 mins or so, Kevin came back out to talk to us and show us a video of our dog breaking out of the outside fences. There are 2 fences and somehow our dog broke through both. He then stated that this happed at 9:50 am. This all would have been more of a deliverable message at 10:00 am not at 5:00 pm. I called the humane society and they tracked down sightings of a dog like this in a nearby neighborhood and we were SO very lucky that our pup stayed in one neighborhood for 7 hours. This could have ended so much worse and I am thankful it did not. Kevin along with the 2 managers called me this morning to go over where the process broke down. They stated that normally there would be a sheet of paper on the outside of my dogs kennel so there was a cross check when dogs are coming in from the outside. My dog did not have a paper on his kennel and no one knew why. The manager stated that they were going to revamp all of their processes due to this incident. I appreciate that they are doing that because I can't imagine this happening to anyone else. The business also needs to fix their outdoor fence. It is currently duct taped held together from the wind breaking it recently according to the manager. I took pictures. Also fence number 2 is super lose and was not hard at all for my dog to just bend it up and slip underneath. The owner did not really apologize or seem apologetic in the heat of the event (when to me he should have been). We never did get to speak to a manager the night it was happening. Today when they called me they all were apologetic but it felt a little too late. Receptionist staff and other staff workers last night was all SO apologetic and I realize that this is the worst case scenario but you can't just lose my dog for 7 hours and not know or not tell me. You can't just not have processes in place to prevent things like this from happening. You don't wait for them to happen to then revamp your process. Luckily for everyone involved our dog was found... found cold, wet, shaking, scared and exhausted. That may not be the result if this happens to another family.

Although I'm new to having a dog and patronizing pet groomers I had been going to one place - but then the groomer at that place moved on. So I found Pets R Us and brought my dog there. I was not happy to learn that they expected me to leave her with them, in a kennel, until the afternoon. I balked at this and then they said they could do her next; that made me feel better.
After handing over my dog I was quite surprised that they had only one way to get her into the raised shower and the raised grooming table; two workers lifted her.
I generally stay away from where the groomers work so that my dog doesn't whine upon seeing me (thinking it was time to go). So I stayed out of sight. However after learning that they did not have a ramp to get my dog where they needed her to be I stayed close by to see how they would handle that. Apparently they have 2-3 people work together to lift her up, and I could hear that it was somewhat fearful for my dog.
I gave this business an A overall because they obviously served well the smaller dogs. I did not like putting my dog through the stress of having two people manage to lift her up, get her down, lift her up, get her down.
In the end they accomplished the tasks I had requested. Upon paying I was surprised to learn that I had to pay in cash or by check. I did not have the means to do this and had to resort to paying the store using a credit card that would find its way to the groomer. I am reluctant to admit that I completely forgot to tip the groomers.Reviewed by S B.

I specifically asked to take OFF 1/4 inch of hair. Instead, they shaved her and left about 1/4 inch of hair ON. I don't believe the regular groomer was there as the man at the counter was the person to groom her. When I picked her up I didn't complain, I mean, what good would it have done? But I made a few comments like "Wow, that's short". I don't know if they would have refunded me if I complained or not. I figured that I just won't go back anyway. The fist picture shows what my dog should have looked like. The second one shows what she looks like 1 month after the bad hair cut. Remember this is with 1 MONTH of GROWTH. Imagine how short it was a month ago!

Kris' K-9 Klean-Up has been providing professional and reliable K-9 yard waste removal since 1990. As one of Omaha's preferred Pooper Scoopers we have 38 years of combined experience in the field (yard). We offer once a week, twice a week or every-other-day service. We also offer special event clean-up for birthday parties, weddings & graduations.

We found Kris' K9 Klean-Up sort of accidentally, by requesting information on a website for another similar service that Kris' K9 had bought out. The initial cleaning of the yard (there was a special 'first time' charge for it) happened while I was working from home one day, so I met the person doing the service (unfortunately I can't remember her name). She was very nice and even asked if the dogs could come out in the yard with her so she could meet them.
There was a slight mixup in getting the first regular weekly service scheduled, but Kim at Kris' K9 called me and apologized for the mixup and took that week's service off our bill. The next week someone was there on time and did a great job. We are quite happy with the service so far!

My cat Mickey was losing weight. Dr Van Horn ran some tests as he is 13 years old. He determined that he had a tooth infection. He gave him a antibiotic by shot since he is impossible to give pills to. He is much better and I am grateful to all the staff at Omaha Animal Medical Group.

They supply the supplies, tub, towels and the dryer and I only pay $20. They give us brushes and inform us the best way to clean the dog. They give us cleaners for the ears and mouth too. Even during shedding season, they will clean everything up.

She was in for a full groom because my regular girl was sick and I was going out of town. The cut was choppy and so uneven. She also did not express her after I asked her to. I should have not paid for it.

Raise The WoofThey do an awesome job. They are absolutely amazing. It's the one place my dog has never gotten anxious. Most of the time he is real anxious about going in and getting groomed and he is calm there. They do a high quality job and they get them in and out and you're not waiting all day for them. I recommend them and give out their business cards.- Tom B.

Bellevue Pet AdventuresShe plays out there. It's a daycare and you can keep them there for 5 hours or 10 hours like if you are going to work. It's $42 for a groom and $30 for a bath plus tax plus play. Amy is wonderful. She was our vet tech before she opened this. I will continue to use them as long as we have Izzy.- Marian N.

The Paw Spa Pet ResortExcellent! They were easily able to accommodate our dear aggressive dogs, keeping them separate from the other dogs, and or dogs received the best treatment and haircut since moving to Nebraska. The only trouble was getting booked because they're so popular. Give them at least a week's notice.- Jackie S.

Serenity Dog SalonI take my dog and my son's dog at the same time. I don't even have to worry about putting their leashes on, they just run right up to her door. I've taken them other places and they don't want to go. Their price is very reasonable. I keep going back because my dog seems to like it. They don't seem overly excited when we come get them, like they don't want to leave. It's really neat. It takes about an hour for each of them. She doesn't keep them that long. She is more like talking to a friend.- JACQUIE R.

Pampered Pet SpaWhat I like best about Christy is her understanding of German Shepherds. It is hard to find a groomer who has the room in their shop and who isn't intimidated by three big dogs. Christy and her husband own several German Shepherds (in addition to other animals) and she understands the breed. When I've tried taking my GSDs to pet stores for nail trims etc, the workers were sometimes afraid of my dogs. Christy knows my dogs personalities and works with them based on their uniqueness. For example, Girlie was afraid of smooth floors when we first adopted her, and Christy was empathetic and encouraging. (She's now doing much better). Reuben is our and quot;sheriffand quot; and alpha and can get bossy when next to other large dogs, so she ensures he gets a big crate away from others who aren't in his pack. Mason is our and quot;babyand quot; and is an escape artist, but Christy will help me get him inside when he is scared and she uses a slip free collar to guide him safely into the shop. The first time he threw a fit, she carried him, which is NOT EASY. He weighs about 130 pounds, but she has no problem handling him or the others. They all trot in willingly now. Also, Christy has no problem customizing services based on my requests. Due to my allergies, I don't like dog cologne or most shampoos. I purchase my own shampoo and take it to Christy and she doesn't seem to mind. I also ask her to trim the hair on their feet (to help with cleanliness in the home) and she remembers to do that each time. The only time we weren't completely satisfied was when Christy had someone helping her that was new. They mixed the collars up on the dogs and put a collar that was too tight on our big guy. Overall, we are very happy with the service we've received and are grateful to find a groomer in tune with the needs of our fur kids. I've noticed she does a great job making the smaller dogs look handsome too.- Holly W.

Gentle Doctor Animal HospitalI was able to get my dog in a few days' after calling, both for grooming and her annual exam and vaccinations. We were seen promptly, my dog was bathed, groomed and vetted in a matter of hours, and they called me to let me know when she was done. She had a beautiful haircut and got in all her vaccinations and exam for the next year.- Elizabeth M H.
