Tammy does an amazing job. She loves what she does and it shows. I trust her to the moon and back with my fur baby!

They also do a FABULOUS, FANTASTIC job on my Goldendoodle, they love her like their own, it’s pet friendly, it’s parent friendly. I wouldn’t take Macy to anyone else. I’m so please, and happy with them. We’re blessed to have found a wonderful place for grooming

These people are the absolute best out there! They treated my dog and I like we were one of the family. They did an excellent job on my dog.

I love taking my dog to the Pet Studio. The gals working there do a fantastic job. They are so friendly and fun. Every time I pick up my dog, he smells amazing and his coat is so soft! I don't know how they do it! They are very reasonably priced, only charging $35 for my 115lbs German Shepherd.

Our visits always go well here. They are quite sensitive to our pet's needs. My children have different animals with different temperaments. They are able to handle each dog well. I give them high marks for various services, from nail trims to vaccinations. 3 years ago we had a dog that had a stroke and needed to be put down. They were very sympathetic with us. It was painful and they made it a lot better than it could have been.

I was a bit nervous about taking my puppy for her first grooming, but several people in my neighborhood made the trip to West Branch and love this place! They were so nice and reassuring on the phone, got her in w/o long wait & she seemed very very comfortable in the animal friendly shop. It was hard to leave her, but it was worth the anxiety to come back and see my baby girl looking so sweet, calm, with the cutest cut! All the staff commented on how well she had done--and she walked out of there with tail wagging, confident--and I knew we would be going back. They put the praise on her--and I put it back on them--because I know my puppy's behavior and spirit are a reflection of where she has been and how she has been treated.

We have used them for many years. Our dog is shy, but they always do a great job of reassuring him (and us!). They do a fine job, and will make adjustments as necessary. He's always happy when he's done, and they always do a good job of being as accurate as possible with their timing.

  • Ay Da Grooming
Ay Da Grooming does do the baths and she does groom the ears and nail trimmings. I won't ever paint my dog's nails, but I don't know if she does that or not. He's a boy and I don't think it's necessary. He would just go in there excited and she makes him feel very comfortable. She does an amazing job and he's usually done by two hours.

We have a standard poodle and a labradoodle. They have groomed our dogs for 6-7 years. They are extremely caring about the animals and do an excellent job. With a standard poodle, it's not easy and she always comes out looking like she's ready for a show. My dogs don't hesitate going there, so you know they are treated well. I would highly recommend their services!!!

  • Horseshoeing by Mike Siddall
For me, changing farriers is very difficult - I entrust my horse's hoof health to my farrier. Although I only have 3 horses now, I was a semi-pro for many years and know good work vs bad work. I have seen lots of bad farrier work and I am very picky. My horses have had regular farrier trimming on a continual 8 week interval. My former farrier worked for me for over 20 years. The last time he trimmed my horses (2/28/13), he promised to call me with the next date and time. He never called me. I truly hoped he had forgotten but I believe he no longer wanted to do my horses - for whatever reason - and just didn't call. My horses feet looked horrible! They were badly in need of a balanced trim. I called a farrier that was recommended by my Vet and he told me he would come "in a week". I waited for 1-1/2 weeks, tried calling him continually, but to no avail. Finally I called Mike & I am so happy! I didn't expect to have a farrier come so quickly, but I called Mike on Friday afternoon and he came the next day (Saturday)! 1- The appointment was at 9am and Mike arrived at 9am!!! I was thrilled at his punctuality. 2- Mike is very hard-working and did a balanced trim. The horses are moving straight and not interferring. Mike is a perfectionist. 3- Mike's price of $35/trim is average. My former farrier charged $40. 4- I was so pleased with his work that I booked the next trim while Mike was here. 5- Mike wants to work and he is good at what he does! He is very kind and patient with the horses.
