That experience was incrediable.  He came out and really calmed us down and really took care of us.  He was done within a couple of hours and was really amazing.

Repair went fairly well. Can still see crack lines in glass, but it is smooth. Was assured i could pay via credit card, but the tech needed payment before leaving the property and had my wife write a check. A few weeks later got a call from a collection agency saying the check was not good. No courtesy call from the company noting there was an issue with payment. Straight to collection agency. I called to explain and offered to pay again via credit card, but was told it was too late. It went to the collection agency and I was responsible for paying service costs, plus collection agency fee. What a crock. This is definitely not a local company and not customer-friendly.

I made an appointment online to have the repair done at my work, and everything went well. The tech showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently in a timely manner. You can hardly notice he chip, and it has been about 5 months now, and there has been no change in size. Great work Safelite.
