Home Depot contracted this job out to Georgia Caroling MFG. We have never heard of this company. Since HD sent them; we trusted them to do a good job.
First they came in about a week and enlarged cement patio (the first crew). In approximately two in a half weeks(came earlier than we expected), the second crew came and started on screen room. They arrived anytime between 9am and 11:30am. They stopped after dark. The workers were very friendly and professional. The job took about 4 1/2 days. They cleaned up very good. We are very happy with our room. The only problem, the cement they poured on the left side of patio has a slight sink in it, like its not completely level. The inspector says it was level enough. Before they screened the porch, rain would pool there and stay for a day. We're waiting for the rain, to see what happens. Hopefully the gutters they installed will help. If it pools again, we will call and report it.

Now it's months later. After complaining repeatly about the concrete, Home Depot sent someone out to inspect it. This person found the concrete to be okay even though there was standing water on it. We continued to go back and forth until they finally said they will give us $250 . So now we have a porch we have to sometimes mop up water. What make matters worst, it's starting to crack.

No, we have no complaints about the structure. It's very nice. The concrete job is poor. We have used Home Depot for many jobs. This is the first one we are not satisfied with. We wanted something nice from a company we could trust. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a good job. No, we will not recommend this company. They don't believe in customer satisfaction.
