We provide landscape and hardscape concept and construction/permit drawings. We do not install landscapes but we can provide bids from our preferred landscape contractors once drawings are finished. Trip charge-$250 to $375, Installation budget of $15,000 or more

We are thrilled with the design Joe worked out for us. He spent the time to get to know what things we liked and what we were after. The design he created was above and beyond our expectations and it addressed all the things we wanted to avoid as well as what we wanted to have. His ideas and patience created a design we can't wait to install!

We were very impressed with the attention to detailed & knowledge about landscaping and what he could offer us unfortunately he was not exactly what we wanted for the type of service we needed at the moment. We will be sure to pass his information along to others of that caliber should they want an architect or designer for a detailed Site plan or drawing.
