Smart Style Hair Salon

I went in for a hair trim, my usual hair dresser, Shelvy, was out and I asked the new girl, Nici, if she thought she could just follow the cut and trim it just a little bit until Shelvy came back. I told her i was letting the back grow out. She said she could.

She proceeded and when she gave me the mirror to see the back, there was an actual chunk cut out on the right side and the middle and hair so short all on the back that i couldnt even style it! My hair is curly in the back so i never cut it short! Also she cut out all of the highlights. Apparently she had messed up others hair too, so i just want to let people be warned not to use her!

I specifically told her i was training for a new job and needed to look my best and what she did was not a proper hair cut on any scale! I'm still dealing with the back growing out even now and finding a new hair dresser is so difficult.

Shelvy quit and the company would not give me any way to find out if she went to another salon. The company kept Nici, which concerns me, especially after i emailed them about this and i know they were told about the other complaints.
