Their price was better then other companies and they installed the job in one day. they was very easy to work with.

I was livid about the poor quality of the installation and Expressive Flooring could not have cared less. Installers did not speak English and had out of state plates, but hey, Expressive Flooring got their money so next sucker they can get money from please! UPDATE 2/20/24: Came home to a wretchedly awful botched installation by 2 guys who did not speak a lick of English. Went back to store and was told my satisfaction was nothing they were interested in. Carpenter hired to do baseboard moldings was pretty blown away by how terrible the install was too. I can not recommend enough going elsewhere!

During the measurement, we established that we specialize in flooring and don't handle baseboard installation. We offered quarter round, which you declined. Our communication continued via email even after your visit, and we proposed solutions beyond our flooring scope, suggesting a finish carpenter for the trim. Your concern is important to us, but it's related to trim, not the flooring installation we discussed. Right now they are very disorganized on the business end. The work itself was excellent. Very difficult to get them to respond concerning supposedly impending work.

He knew about countertop and gave a good recommendation on color. He was very prompt with his appointment. The job was done well with no infraction to other parts of the kitchen. He also add a bonus rug in the mix. I would recommend he to others. Thanks Servicce Magic for your help and we will continue to use your service for other projects.
