Rather then spend the cost to repair my toilet I had the company replace and upgrade it. Their availability and cost was far less then the other quotes I received. The plumber was very detailed in his consultation and he was great to work with. Their service was top notch.

No other company would come out to me after office hours until I called RPX. They had a plumber and his assistant at my door step in an hour and a half. He immediately began to locating the leak followed by the start of repairs. They returned the following day to complete the work. I can say that they saved our family a tremendous amount of money by coming out quickly and working diligently. This team is the absolute best in the business.

Having RPX to install my dishwasher was great! The plumber did have to manipulate the cabinet and he had to change the line die to it being being full of grease. He did a fantastic job and was the cost was affordable.

I wish we could offer this company more then 5 stars. It was such a relief to call and get a live person on the phone. Even more excited to be able to have a plumber come the same day to replace my water heater. It just came as a surprise that we didn't have to wait days for installation. One of his colleagues delivered a brand new unit within a couple of hours. Install was great and we are happy to be operating again.

The fact that this company was able to send a plumber to our home after hours is appreciated. The plumber showed up and understood the sense the of urgency we had regarding the leaking bathroom sink. 5 Star service for certain. After trying to googling how to repair a hot water heater, we found that calling a professional would be easier. Rooter Pro Xpress came the same day and he replaced a heating element in the water heater. Our plumber was aware of some additional plumbing issues were experiencing in our home. He was so polite in offering to take a look. And in his professionalism, he did share that each issue was a easy to repair at a very low cost. We didn't think twice and did the repairs.

During our visit with the plumber we thought we would be able to repair a faulty shower faucet. He advised us that it would be more cost effective to replace it. So we were able to replace the shower head and even able to upgrade better model. We appreciate the plumbers recommendation and cost saving measures.

The plumber was definitely a master as his craft based on how he approached the work. Although it was a "small" job he did everything with precision.

I love how mindful this company is, our visit with the plumber was fantastic. We explained that wanted a compostable toilet in our tiny home. He was able to replace the toilets for us without any issues, he did go over some maintenance items with these types of toilets. He did a phenomenal job.
