Time is of the essence when a water main has broken and having Rooter Pro Xpress at our home the same day was a plus. I appreciate their attention to detail and speed of service. We had travel plans for the end of the week and just thankful they were able to complete the project successfully.

It was time to replace our leaking water heater and Rooter Pro Xpress came to the rescue. The team was prepared with options for replacements, once we made a selection our water heater was installed same day. The installation was fantastic and went smoothly. Very good company to work with.

Woke up to find I did not have any hot water! I put ii request through Angies and moments later got a call from Rooter Pro Xpress they had a tech out to me 2 hours later fixed the water heater on site and I had hot water again! The tech was knowledgeable and was fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I found that a lot of plumbing companies will not work on mobile homes, RPX was not one of them. This company understood what I wanted and was more than happy to send one of their plumbers. had them come to my house in July/Aug 2024, did the full pipes clean up (as they said), i paid for insurance to cover the service for the next half year. total amount was way over 1k for just to unlock the pipe in the kitchen. Pipe got clogged again (with us NOT putting even coffee grinds, but some small particles of food do get in of course). Came here plumber started to tell warranty is void since there is food :o the guy was screeming at me in my house telling me he wont be fixing this under the warranty, behaved violantly screaming into the face. I am a femal of under 30 yo, so it was not comfortable. i recorded everything. these are criminals and the court case will be filed.

Rooter ProXpress plumber recommended to repair our toilet rather then replace the entire unit. I showed him 2 other quotes which reflected to replace the entire toilet. He stated that the toilet only needed new few minor things so it would be working with better efficiency. First class service with integrity and honesty.

This company is an excellent plumbing service. We had drain leaks in our bathroom and our plumber was very detailed in his repairs. In addition to the repair work he also installed the plumbing for the room addition.

Initial service was fine. But the toilet developed a leak a few weeks later. The plumber came back out, was able to recreate the circumstances where the toilet leaked. Then said I was just wasting his time, and denied that there was a leak. Very rude and unprofessional.

Due to our garbage disposal being broken it also caused one of pipes to leak under the cabinet. Thankfully this company had a plumber in the area. He was such a pleasure to work with and his work is impeccable.

This company is the top tier in plumbing companies. Started seeing spotting on the ceiling and noticed that the upstairs bathroom was leaking. RPX was the first call I made and the appointment was made for that afternoon. We are very happy that he was able to repair the issues and our house is back to "normal."
