Jacob McClure started out doing 1.5 hours of work then left and has never returned. I had to have the rental company come and get the excavator to eliminate further charges to me! I had given Jay McClure every opportunity and consideration possible to come and complete this job to no avail. He wants more money to enable him to rent more equipment to do so. UNFORTUNATELY, I already agreed to and paid $1207 to the rental company for equipment that when paid, he took to another job and never came back to mine. We have filed a police report, contacted the rental company, and now Angies list to inform and stop this man from doing what he has done to us to anyone else. I certainly would hope that Angie will block this company from their service and allow some payment back to us for being scammed by a "professional" that they advertised and matched us within the first place. We now have to deal with a torn-up yard in front and back as well as trying to find another excavation/grading company and possibly file a lawsuit against him in Civil Court.
