Animal Care Hospital at Bold Springs

The price was very reasonable for everything they did.  I would absolutely use them again.

Dr. Reese is the doctor.  Their pricing is excellent.  I use them all the time.

They were able to give me a next day appointment when I called. They had a first visit discount coupon on their website which was nice. This is a small office and very friendly. While I was waiting I saw their interaction with what appeared to be several long time clients (which is always a good thing). There was good interaction with the clients and the receptionist seemed aware of the pet's history and condition. They weren't just a name on the schedule. They were able to answer my questions about my new dog and recommend necessary treatments (like a rabies shot) without trying to push additional treatments and/or products. I was pleased with the visit and have made them my primary care vet.

They were very nice and very pleasant. I only dealt with them to get a second opinion, so I really don't know them that well. The doctor seemed to know what he was talking about; I don't know other than that. Their pricing was normal. It was only one thing. I don't really know about their pricing and I wouldn't want to be negative about that since I really had only one thing done. They were responsive, and their punctuality was fine too. I like my veterinarian better, but I would probably use them again in the future. I also know several people who go and really like them.

I needed to find a new vet for our dog, as our long-time, much loved, one had moved to another state. There were several animal hospitals within a few miles of our home. I chose Bold Springs Animal Clinic due to the recommendation of someone I randomly met at a recent social function, and because of their good reviews on Angie's List.

I was very pleased with the entire office staff. They were friendly and courteous to me and to my (very scared) dog. They were very gentle with her and let me know specifically what they were doing when they took her to the back to be weighed and have blood drawn. Dr. Reese was very gregarious and spent quite a bit of time with us. He actually sat on the floor, talked to me while giving my dog time to observe that he was not a threat, and then coaxed her onto his lap. She thought she was just being loved and petted while he was, in fact, thoroughly examining her for lumps or other problems. She did not even notice when he gently gave her the vaccinations. Dr. Reese was very informative and shared a lot of information in layman's language.

Hopefully we will only need Dr. Reese' services on an annual basis for checkups and vaccines, but if something serious should arise, I do believe that I would be very comfortable in trusting him to take care of our furry family member.
