He gave me a reasonable estimate with lots of options for proactive maintenance. I elected to have Dr. Roof fix the leaky chimney and as a preventative measure seal my PVC vent pipes. I had one of these leak on a prior house so I appreciated Nick reminding me that they can crack and leak after 5-7 years. After signing the work order Dr. Roof was able to come out within a few days. Nick actually did the work. I think it's smart to have the person doing the work also estimate it because it reduces the chance of an error. Nick arrived on time, was very professional and polite, and did a great job. It's nice to not have to worry about my roof leaking anymore. Nick also gave me some tips on how to extend the life of my roof. All in all, a very impressive showing for Dr. Roof. I will be recommending them to anyone else in my neighborhood who has roofing needs

They provided an in depth assesment prior to the work being done to make sure they understood all requirements. They went out of their way in many ways two examples: to neatly stack the firewood; to "chip" in the back of my yard (where it would be easier for me to store the mulch). Afterwards they did a great job cleaning up and provided another walktrough to make sure we were happy. We would defnitely recommend them for any tree service work

He very quickly responded to my voice mail, even apologized for it taking a day to respond! His price was very reasonable and no delivery charge. We scheduled delivery for a Thursday and he reached out to me on that Monday asking if he could come earlier in the week. He even texted me when he was on his way! Very nice guy and wants to do the right thing and deliver a professional service. I don't need any trees cut down or trimmed but won't hesitate to call Matt if I do! I called the number from the paper, spoke directly with Mr. Witt, and he came out the very next day! For $100, his family delivers an entire pickup truck bed (stacked neatly, not tossed-in) of firewood. This is close to (if not more than) a cord of wood! It seasons for at least a year, and he only sells hard woods (typically white oak). The family was courteous, prompt, friendly, and incredibly quick. I wish I'd found these folks last year

"100% satisfied with the work performed and for the first time I am saying I would DEFINITELY hire them again. I've had contractors before and it is always a huge headache, but this was actually the easiest build I've ever been through. Jeb and his crew were polite, fast, clean and just excellent overall.
