I have hired them twice. First they installed gas logs in my fireplace and the second time they repaired a leaking exterior faucet. Both times they were very polite and considerate of cleaning before leaving. They did the job quickly and their bid was less. I believe in getting three bids because I have found there can be a huge difference in bids.

They are overpriced.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions, charges like car repair shop, by using a pre determined rate for type of repair, which means for multiple repairs, as was my case, the price becomes expensive as travel time is calculated in each price. To be fair, the price they quoted was the price they charged and I had approved it.

Great communication from the technician. He was working a problem at a vacant home I own and kept me in the loop even though I was 3000 miles away. He gave me a quote over the phone and after I approved it, he fixed the problem on the spot and even sent photos of the work done. Even took care of my payment over the phone. Excellent service!

I thought I was going to have the whole main water line replaced. Junior diagnosed the problem as being only a pvc pipe fitting leak and not the line itself. His honesty about the issue saved me close to $900.

We had thought the problem was fixed, but the sink was still leaking and the flow was still low, however, the plumber came back the next day, figured out the issue and everything is now working. I would use them again and have recommended them.

Mike showed up on time and showed me where the leak actually was. He further explained that my water pressure was too high and suggested what should be done to correct it. Mike was friendly and efficient and I would be happy for him to handle any plumbing needs in the future.

Like that I wasn't charged for estimate visit. The pricing for the service is reasonable and the technician, Mike Pharr, was very professional.
