Great Service!

Did a great job with some challenges around a waterbed. I was surprised to be asked for $100 up front following the estimate, but understand the concern about loss of time if we cancelled.

The first appointment I made for a quote was missed. I called back, and he was very apologetic about it. I understand sometimes things may hold you up. Once we agreed on the price and time, he was very flexible and worked with my schedule. He did a really good job provided my house is 35 years old and had squeaky floors upstairs. He did what he could, and the squeaky floors are pretty silent now.

Lee called to let us know his arrival time and was prompt. He was professional and very knowledgeable about carpet installation, repair and stretching. Each room was left clean and neat. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend. Job professionally well done. Thanks

Working with Lee was a real pleasure as he is very good at his work and is certainly customer oriented. He called me immediately to schedule a time to come to my home to review what needed to be done. He arrived on time the day the work was completed and had me inspect the work, before leaving, to be certain I was totally satisfied. I would recommend him without hesitation.

My carpet had buckles that were almost 20 years old and several inches high. Still they were still able to stretch them back to a flat surface. I just wish I had done it earlier as they carpet had faded unevenly so I could still see where some of the bumps had been, but this was not the companies fault.

Lee was quick to respond to my request, and quick to get the carpet stretching work done. My bedrooms look 100% better now! Also, his price was a good value. I am planning on purchasing some new flooring soon, and I will use Lee for the installation.
