Milard Appliance Repair

This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! My husband and I truly appreciate your top notch service!

I called them to repair my Maytag Washing Machine at 2:00 PM and by 5:15 PM on the same afternoon the repairman had installed a new water pump and capacitor and had my washer running like new. The charge for the labor and parts was only $55 dollars higher than other companies service charge. They are fast and don't try to rob their customers. Their magnetic business card is on my refrigerator and I'll be calling them for any appliance repairs I need in the future.

I was so upset my refrigerator was having problems. Mr. Millard came after hours and had everything repaired quickly and professionally. I was most impressed.

I had another appliance company come to fix my dishwasher, and still had the same problem after 3 visits (Water not reaching top rack.). I gave up and contacted Millard. My technician arrived, did some troubleshooting, and ultimately did a careful inspection of the parts, one by one. At the end of the visit, the washer was working perfectly. I regret not getting my technician s name because I thought he was meticulous and thorough. Luckner is written on the card but I m not sure if that is his name. Anyway, I was pleased with the service and really happy to have a working dishwasher again.
