It was $140 for the diagnostic and $200 for the radiator. They did not advice me the cost of the diagnostic test upfront. It caused me not to work with them. I had almost another thousand dollars worth of stuff to do to my car, but because they didn't inform me of the price of this before I used them, I just decided not to further patronize them.

I'm a big fan of LexTechs, and not just because they are walking distance from my job. Chad and his crew are friendly, efficient, and very professional. They explain things easily and always go out of their way to assist me. Their lobby is chock full of goodies - TV, computer/internet station, coffee station, magazines, cooler with water and soda. If I had to stay there (which I don't, I just walk to work), I would be very comfortable. In addition to the oil change, they checked my brake light and located the replacement part for same day installation. Unfortunately, that was not in my budget for the day so I said I would reschedule. There was no pressure at all from them. Finally, my keyfob had broken apart again. The technician fixed it for me (I felt silly as I watched him do it and realized that I could have done it myself). The tech said no apology was necessary and even showed me how to use the broken key to get into my car should I ever lose my main key. Cool! I recommend LexTechs to all my friends with Lexus or Toyota automobiles.
