To earn that kind of loyalty, we do everything first class. We use the best technologies in cleaning products, superior equipment, and a passion for old-fashioned customer service. We give quotes, not estimates - once we do a quote, it is guaranteed. No additional fees or products to really make it like you want it! We make people smile and be proud that they hired us. We are a small company and every single job is as important as my own family's homes. Our products and process are the best to anyone with sensitivities to chemicals and soaps - everything we use is completely green. It is very low moisture so your carpets are typically dry in an hour or two! So we take a lot of pride and make sure the customer has a top notch experience they are eager to brag about.

Description of Work: We had a discount of $75.00. Even then the cost was over $500. I had never paid over $250 at my previous house so I had severe sticker shock. For this reason, I would not use again without a clear estimate up front. The work was as expected.

So sorry to hear this. We do always give a price before we do any work and it was agreed upon. We only charged based on our regular prices. It happened to be alot of sqaure feet of carpet.
