First, we had to reschedule because the provider wanted to show up 25 minutes early and we were not home yet. They could not wait for the appointed time to keep to our original time frame. I agreed to reschedule to the following week. Again, they showed up about 25 minutes early, but my husband was home and didn't mind. Outside of that, the service was great. Being on time or early is a plus, except when a client rearranges their schedule to fit the provider.

Initial tune up was ok but a problem arose shortly following - things happen. While the owner / operators were on vacation, they managed to get a back-up technician to my home same day (Saturday night) to totally resolve all the issues. Very responsive. Very professional. High integrity to back up their work. Will definitely use them in our new home!

First they came and showed me the problems with the garage door. Someone had hit our garage door before we bought the house and this messed it up. After discussing it we decided to purchase a new garage door. We ordered a custom door fitted with glass windows. We've been very happy with it and it's gone smoothly. The price was fair and he did a good job. He was punctual, easy to understand and explained things to me. He even drove a little further to get to us. The lady that answered the phone was also very helpful. She told me that the garage door could help to keep the room above the garage cool as well and that has been true.

I wouldn't use them again, but it's not that I think it's entirely their fault. They did the garage door tune-up; they oiled my springs, replaced the rollers, and did all that the coupon said they would do. But, the garage actually broke down four months later. So I contacted the reseller of that garage door and they said that they would have to replace the entire spring. I told them that I had just had some guy come and do a tune-up a few months ago, and they thought that the type of door I had didn't need to be oiled and that it actually hurts the spring - they suspect it might have been what happened. Apart from that, I had a pretty good experience with those guys; they were on time, they were professional, and it was a good price for a tune-up.

It was fine, they did well. They solved the squeaking and provided additional information on greasing myself.

It was fine. There were no additional charges. It was my first time using them. It was as advertised. They did everything that they said. I didn't really have any problems. I just wanted it inspected. One of the doors was a little noisy and they corrected that problem. So they did exactly what I expected them to do. They did well.

He was very prompt. I had one little complaint. He did some work and then he said that he didn’t know why it was broken now. I thought it was not a 100% with him. The deal was a reduced rate to come out and fix the garage door. I had him do another $500 worth of work, which is now got to be all ripped out and redone because it was not done well. I called him back 4-5 different times. I think the deal was maybe $100 to $150, but I don’t remember. They were very responsive.

This is a first class company! I called at lunch and the owner had 4 other appointments ahead of me, but worked me in the same day, so that I could get my car out of the garage. The office manager called and gave me a 30 minutes head up for his arrival. Most service companies give a 4-5 hour window, so half the day is wasted. He was professional, informative and very fair. I will use this company again and refer their services!

It works great. They were nice and very efficient. I felt that I had to wait a while for them to come out. They did tell me that they wait until they have a certain amount of customers in my area before they make appointments, which I understand; it just had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. I did not call them for a while. They are very nice, did a good job and I am very satisfied. I would say that they do good work, go ahead, and hire them. You might have to wait to get a firm time to get them to come over. If you need them, right away I do not know if he can do it. The price was fine. Once he got the appointment scheduled, he showed up on time. I would use them again.

Showed up on time and was done in less than an hour. Garage door works great. Price was a little higher than I wished to pay, but Nathan showed up on time and was able to fix the same day...unlike the other service I had looked into. The only complaint I had was that they do not take AMEX and I wish I had realized that ahead of time. Thanks for doing a great job IDC.

The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

Our main garage door was very noisy when opening and closing. Nathan inspected the doors and noted the noise. He improved performance and reduced noise with the new rollers and the oil, exactly why we called upon this service. Nathan was very professional, prompt and competed the job in short order. We were very pleased with his service.

ICD was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to evaluate my problem and come up with an effective solution. He then tuned up both of my garage door opener systems, and we discovered that one of the openers was no longer working as the gear teeth had all been smoothed out from age plus trying to work a door that kept coming off its track. ICD carefully and expertly explained my options/pricing and then replaced the opener with a quiet and sturdy belt drive opener. He also replaced all of my rollers with higher quality bearing rollers so the problem with the doors coming out of track should be a memory. All in all, a very professional job. If I ever need additional garage door work in future, ICD will be the first company I call.

I would definitely use this company again. The service professional explained everything step by step. I came away with not only a better working garage door but with also a better understanding of the mechanisms and maintenance of those mechanisms involved.

The service went really well. There were additional charges other than the $89 big deal because we had them do some additional work. This was our first time to use them. There is nothing specific that stood out about them, but it was very good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

His wife was GREAT! She knew what we needed so that when her husband arrived no time was wasted on the repair. He even programmed the opener at no charge.

I last used their service two Friday’s ago and I’m very happy with the service that they provide me.

The scheduler, Suzanne, kept me up to date on scheduling and believed me when I cancelled my first appointment with only 20 minutes notice when my daughter was in the hospital. She then promptly rescheduled me. The repair technician, Nate, arrived in the scheduled time frame, explained additional recommended repairs and costs outside of the coupon, did not pressure me to accept the extra repairs, was extremely polite and finished the work in a timely manner.

Very good service, very helpful, knowlegeable, gave me good hints as to how to save money, what to do to improve garage door operations.

Fantastic. Nathan arrived on time and presented a business card immediately - very professional and thoughtful, given what is going on in today's world. He had the maintenance check quickly completed, and left the area clean. I have already referred him to my dad who had him out last week for service.

These guys are great. I bought the "big deal" special to have the rollers replaced on my garage door. Scheduling an appointment was easy - just one phone call. They showed up on time and worked quickly to complete the job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

The garage door was not broken but it was extremely noisy. He replaced the rollers and adjusted the cameras. He was very professional. GOOD JOB.
