IDC was prompt and was able to come to my home on the same day I called for service. Nathan showed up when they said they would and replaced my garage door opener the same day. Nathan was very professional and very friendly. I would recommend IDC and definitely call them for service in the future.

Came on time, did the work, did not leave a mess, did just what they said they would do.

They called to tell me I wasn't in their service area. Asked me to wait until they sold more in my area. I decided to get a refund.

The technician showed up on time and went to work quickly tuning up both garage doors, and gave us a lot of information about condition of our garage doors and openers. He was very nice and seemed quite knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell us on anything at all. The only thing we paid extra for was a second set of replacement rollers for the second door, which we asked for when we initially called to schedule the service. The tune up and the new rollers have improved the performance of our garage door openers and significantly reduced their noise level. We will definitely call IDC again for any future garage door service needs.

Replaced a torn weather striping on my double garage door. They checked all the moving parts, lubricated my rollers, were very courteous and professional.

I did use that one and it was okay at best. The door was working at that point so we just let it be. It was going up and down just fine and they may have been the right size, but I don't know.

I called the company to schedule technician to repair my garage door which had a broken spring. I mentioned the door would not open. The person on the phone asked for several detailed questions, very professional. I asked if they covered Gwinnett county, which the person on the phone promptly replied with yes. My conversation occurred at ~7:00 am. By 7:45 they called me back to schedule the appointment between 4:00 - 6:00 pm on the same day. At 10 minutes to 6:00, I called the company to find out the status since no one showed up. They mentioned the tech was running behind and just finished a commercial job and was on the way from Thorton Rd. I made the mistake of assuming it was local. At 6:45, decided to call and cancel the appointment. The person the phone reminded me she previously informed me the tech was coming from Thorton Rd and did I know where Thorton road was. Of course I replied with no. The person on the phone told me the tech was coming from somewhere near I20. Anyone with a little understanding of traffic and geography would know the tech would be 1 - 2 hrs late on a Fri night. Based my decision to contact the company based on ratings and work done in my area. Just shows you prior ratings may not be an indicator of future service levels.

Prompt, friendly service as advertised. No add ons or surprises. Would definitely use again.

Everything went smoothly and the garage door is running better than ever.

They were a bit busy and ran behind the estimated time of arrival. We understand why. They don't leave until the job is done RIGHT. We had a chronic issue with a door bouncing, somehow the rails had gotten bent. He didn't hurry to get us knocked out so he could make his next appointment. Instead he spent the time and got the job done right. All off the problems we had prior to the service were completely resolved. We could not be more pleased. If the great service for the value is not testimony enough - know that they are very honest and forthright. In the process of fixing the door, one of the sensor cameras was damaged. They replaced it at no charge as it had been working when they first tested the door. It is hard to find a company that exemplifies such a high moral standard. We are exceptionally pleased with the service and plan on an annual tune up based on this experience. Very Highly recommended.

It was a very brief job. The technician obviously knew what he was doing. The door sounded more quiet when opening and closing.

He showed up right on time and replaced the parts very quickly. The doors were very noisy and not closing correctly. Nathan said they would work as if they were new. He was absolutely correct. We are very happy

The man was professional and seemed knowledgeable but I would have liked him to spend more time really inspecting everything and showing me what he saw. He just said my garage door looked new and everything was okay eventhough it was three years old. I guess I should have asked more questions.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. I still have a problem with the door working right. I have had so many garage door people look at it and say it is fixed that I am beginning to wonder if it can be fixed. They were very nice, courteous, helpful and chatted with me. They came out within a couple of days after I purchased the deal. It was a good deal.

From the first contact via a prompt response to my email to the confirmation call that Nathan was on his way, I was very pleased with this company. I was sure I needed a new garage door (and opener), but Nathan didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He replaced the rollers under the Big Deal I purchased and suggested we replace the 4 pulleys to smooth out the operation of the door as it raised and lowered. Voila! No more shaking and shimmying and much quieter operation. When I really DO need a new system, I will definitely call Nathan at IDC Garage Door.
