I can tell that all of the veterinarians and staff are fabulous. They are very busy because they are very reasonable in price and they do large animals as well and it's because they are the best in town. They have great staff. They don't give you the most expensive treatment. They try to make your dog well and not have it bankrupt you. Their price is very reasonable and everywhere else is going to cost you more. In all honestly, you are going to wait when you go there and you are going to wait when get in the room but that's because they're good doctors and they are reasonably priced, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes and then you're going to wait 15-20 when you get in the room, that's just the way it is. I've used them for years.

Considering the anguish we were going through in putting our dog to sleep, the staff there was compassionate enough to help us through our time of grief. We have several dogs and plan to continue using this animal hospital.

It was dental month so they were running a discounted price. February was the dental month for animals so they were not having their regular price for that but they definitely provided quality service. My sister in law took her cats there and she called me back and said thanks for giving me their name and number as they were really nice with her cats and everything. The owners are Dr. Fornwalt and Dr. Poe. Dr. Fornwalt is a female and Dr. Poe is a male and he actually goes to peoples' houses and travels for large animals. If people have horse, pigs, donkeys he will even travel around to go see the animals as it is not easy to bring them in. Dr. Poe is really nice. He actually has done surgery on my German shepherd years ago as she hurt her leg on the fence. He saved her and her foot; there was very minimal scarring. They called afterwards to make sure how she was doing. The follow up was great. Pricing was extremely reasonable for what all he did. Dr. Fornwalt and Dr. Poe are very thorough. When my little puppy had his teeth cleaned, he had an upset stomach and had colitis. Apparently small dogs get colitis when they get overly stressed so he had a stomach bout. I had to take him back in and they were sympathetic and understanding. They assured me that he was just fine. They gave me medicines for him and called to check to see if he was okay a day or two later. The whole staff is really, really nice.

It is pretty easy to get in. They are very communicative. When we have several cats and we had them in for some problem, they actually call us back to see how they are doing. They are very friendly. The price is okay.

Our sweet pet was treated with great dignity and compassion. We were given time to say goodbye and the staff was thoughtful and kind. We had her urn returned to us within the week and were called as soon as it was ready for us to pick up. These wonderful vets and their staff experienced the joy and heartache of our life with our pets. They are caring, communicative, personally involved and professionally conscientious. They treated our pets routinely. When our last dog was ill, they referred her to specialists and worked closely with the other vets and with us for the last year to give her the best quality and quantity of life. I am aware that these reports are supposed to reflect a specific experience, but the care and concern that Dr. Pam Fornwalt, her colleagues, and support staff showed our dog and our family during multiple visits last year deserves notation.

If you have a pet who is seriously ill or needs surgery and you would like to see that pet again, do not use this vet. They are grossly incompetent. If you do choose to let them give your pet surgery and there are complications, run as fast as you can to an expert vet or the pet emergency clinic before it is too late. These doctors are clueless and they will not tell you until it is too late that they are in way over their head and have no idea what to do or what they are doing. Trust your gut. You know your pet. If something doesn't seem right and your want to save your pet's life, get out of there fast!

I have used this company for about 12 years, and I think that their prices are very reasonable and fair. East Paulding is a large family owned practice with one lady doctor that runs it.

We are very satisfied with the care Doctor Bohman gives both our cat and our dog. She is very supportive of our need to be kept in the know, as she does not hesitate to follow-up with us over the phone when and if necessary. We like the place as it is clean and very family oriented.
