I've been with them for 5 years. They were pretty good. The prices are good. They are doing safety precautions because of the Covid and that was great.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

After moving to GA we searched for a vet for our cats and went through several before finding Town and Country West. It doesn’t matter which of the vets you see there as they are all excellent. (We do favor Dr Maria and Dr Goodman). All the techs and desk staff including the office manager are friendly and helpful. We honestly wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else.

I thought i had finally found a good vet to take care of my baby. today i was told she had a problem digesting fiber and told me she needed royal canine prescription food, which is 45$ for a 9 pound bag. i go next store to the new pet food store connected to the building. the lady told me they had ordered me royal canine high fiber. they just told me she had a problem digesting fiber. then i realised when i was getting the refund for the dog food that they had tacked on an extra 55 dollars for a urinalysis they she did not receive. i've been feeding my baby nutrisource which i told them about, which their whole line of food is specially formulated for digestive issues. i just compared the ingredients to both the prescription food they tried to get me to buy and nutrisource pure vita what she is on and the the balance of fiber and ingredients i was told was in the royal canine that she needed was very close to the same percentages in both. I will never be back to this place and will be sure to tell everyone i know with fur babies to stay away from this place.

Badly. Whoever answered the phone would not allow the cat to be seen until she was able to schedule an hour-long “first-time” appointment first. I called on a Monday and she said nothing was available until the following week. I suggested that an exception could be made for a cat in urgent need. She replied that “established customers” would also have urgent needs. Perceiving that the practice doesn’t really care about helping an animal in distress, I wasted no more time with her. The cat is now on his second night in the hospital in Sandy Springs, suffering from ulcers in his mouth and throat. Some practices care more than others. This one seems only to care about following a set of rules.

LOVE MY DOGChristy has groomed my dog for a few years. She is very caring and loving. My dog (Stella) is always groomed exactly how I requested. I can always get an appointment when I need to, but the best thing is that my anxious dog doesn't have to spend the entire day at the salon waiting to get groomed. A PASSION FOR PETS PLAYCAREAslan, my Corgi puppy always has a great time playing all day at A Passion for Pets! He really keeps up with the big dogs, and I know Jim and Marcia do a great job watching and interacting with the dogs, making sure everything is fun and safe. I really enjoy seeing the videos they send of my puppy having a great time in their career. That special touch, knowing they appreciate the human and canine customers and really get to know your four-legged family members, is priceless.I really like that they added an overnight service too, which was fantastic when I needed to be out of town. I have had good experienced with the grooming and even had the pleasure of private training to with Jim to help my puppy adapt to life with other senior dogs because they were not getting along, and it was stressful for everyone. LAKEVIEW KENNELSI have used Lakeview Kennels for years. They are conveniently located (very close to my home), and the owner (Jim) is so great, along with his wonderful staff. The groomers have always done a great job, and my Diva dogs (super picky), just love this place. I would highly recommend them for grooming, boarding, doggy day care. Also, what I think is so thoughtful, is they write/label the details of your dog's food with feeding times on the container that you bring in, so that I know that my dog is being fed properly. Dawn's Doggie Day SpaI called ahead of time to ask if they performed nail trims on walk-in customers and they said yes so I went immediately. The employee took my dog to the back and brought her out very quickly afterwards. I didn’t see what happened at the back but I was definitely surprised at how quickly it took. I paid the fee then left only to go home and realize that my dog’s nails were exactly as long as before. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.- Adia D.
