Robin of Loving Lathers is a godsend. First of all, she has a heart as big as the needs of any animal that comes her way. Second, she is very well organized and truly looks on her boarders as her houseguests. Third, she knows what she is doing and is proactive and not reactive when it comes to pet boarding issues. This was especially important because we wanted a place where Sally would be loved, attended to and where we would hear quickly if there were any problems (and even if there weren't).
In short, we got everything we hoped for and more. Loving Lathers is now our home away from home for Sally. The dogs are given a lot of supervised recreational time with others of their size and temperment in a beautiful but secure green play area. Each one has individual lodging (unless they come as siblings to lodge together), with familiar items from home and a good view and the possibility to socialize even when not in play time. Mealtime is organized and supervised as well. Plus, Robin really connects with her furry guests. We spoke a couple of times during the visit, and she shared details about how Sally was doing that convinced me she and quot;gotand quot; my dog and that Sally was doing fine.
Loving Lathers gives a good discount for Angie's List members, and the exceptional care they provide is worth every penny. Now I know I don't have to worry when we need to travel and can't take Sally. Sally was very happy with Robin and she was happy when she came home, with no behavioral changes. It was truly a win-win situation.
I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Just wanted to add that Sally has stayed with Robin twice more since our first wonderful experience, and everything was just as good both additional times. We have definitely found a home away from home for her.

They charge $35 for grooming and $15 a month for boarding. I have used them for both services. She is very good with dogs. When we first took our little dog there, she was a little bit overweight. She didn't mind telling us anything that is good for the dog. She will let us know. We are very pleased with the grooming. The set up that she has for the boarding is very very good. We use her services quite often.

Robyn did a great job grooming my dog, Bailey. I was very pleased with the attention to detail. Robyn took time asking exactly how I wanted Bailey's coat cut. The best thing about Loving Lathers is that I felt comfortable leaving Bailey in such a nice environment. I could tell Bailey felt comfortable there.
