They needed very little assistance to install the device.They moved from the initial work site to the rest room farthest from the hot water heaters and installed a companion device. They completed the work. They left no mess. Was so impressed, received an estimate for the next job I would like them to do.

 + -1 moreI purchased two coupons for $178 after contacting their office to see if they could do the work. They advised that the coupons were for replacement of old parts and that I would be charged the difference, plus a sink and water filter charge. They charge a flat rate for each item, and I received credit for the coupons. They were unable to complete the disposer installation electrically, as the tech. told me they are not normally equipped to do the wiring. That was fine, as I had another contractor charge me $35 to finish the electric. My wife is very pleased with the install, and that is what counts!
Description of Work: Installed new sink, garbage disposal, faucet and under sink water filter. Materials purchased at Lowes. Two technicians worked together and installed 4 items. Excellent work, on time and very professional.

 + -1 moreI received a phone call when the plumber was on his way and I really liked that because I could gaige my time for his arrival. As I mentioned, it was explained to me what was happening with the installation and what I should do if the disposal ever got clogged. The plumbers were on time, efficient, very very tidy, and I was just happy with the job and the service.
Description of Work: The company installed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen. And even explained to me what was happening as it was installed. A really top notch professional and friendly team.

He was very clear in explaining the cost and in showing me what needed to be done (this was not a simple job--the fixtures were old and very difficult to remove). I appreciated his pleasant demeanor even when he had to saw off two fixtures in order to remove them!

Description of Work: I only used the plumbers for the Angie's List deal price of $60. That said it was good for about $270 or something. For that amount he repaired a leaky old toilet. He had to go to Lowes to get the parts he needed. Then my kitchen faucet nozzle had come loose, and he put it back together. He said we did not need to pay any extra. I was surprised that there would have been any extra due over the value of my "coupon." But I guess since he had to go to Lowes, that accounted for the amount over 200+ that the deal was supposed to be worth. The plumber was very nice and friendly. He did get right to work and do both jobs well. He said that he would return and fix my non-working instant hot water spout, but we have not heard back from him. Could be due to the holidays. He was going to let us know when he had a certain part needed for that repair.

I wanted a kitchen faucet installed and found out upon their arrival that it costs in excess of $285.00 (the coupon value) to install a faucet, so I paid the different and had it installed. They did the house inspection and were very pleasant, and actually discussed replacement of my water heater which is pushing 14 years old. They were very knowledgeable and the service provided was great. My frustration though was that they came out with a couple a few weeks later for a MUCH CHEAPER faucet installation; not their fault of course....8*)

 + 0 moreThe contractor that came out quoted work that was not required and did not address our issues. However, 24/7 was very proactive in recognizing this and let the contractor go. They were professional and apologized for the inconvenience that was caused by the contractor and refunded our fee since we had to hire another contractor. I would give 24/7 the benefit of the doubt as they were quite responsive. Our dissatisfaction was was the fault of the contractor and they took care of it immediately.
Description of Work: Got the groupon for working on the water heater and the toilet adjustments and whole house inspection.

 + -1 moreThey showed up, politely introduced themselves and asked which services needed to be done. I directed them to the main bathroom and they went to work. Upon completion they asked for the water heater and 2nd toilet. I directed them to both, in the basement, and left them to their work. I did not think I needed to inspect their work because it was a simple flap replacement on the toilets, but after they left I was disappointed to find they had CAUSED my toilet in the basement to begin leaking (it was not before). Also to note - they had to move a shelf set to access the other toilet tank, but they did not move it back.

 + 0 moreUsing an Angies list deal, Roland came out to service/check 2 toilets,flush hot water heater and generally check and ask detailed questions regarding draining issues or any other possible problems. We have a marathon hot water heater,which never needs flushing. He needed to only adjust one toilet so he said he was going to order a flapper for the other (he did not like the way it looked although it worked fine) and return and swap it out because he wanted me to feel as if I was getting my moneys worth. Audrey who works in the office was awesome and a real pleasure to work with. I will be calling them again in the future!

 + -1 moreI contacted 24/7 Plumbing and made an appointment. The secretary was kind enough to call and remind me of the appointment the day before. Although she gave me a two hour time window, she also called me when the technician was on his way. The technician arrived on time but I was late getting to the property. He waited twenty minutes for me and was kind enough to act like it was no problem. He quickly made the repair and answered all my questions about other plumbing concerns. I have another property which needs plumbing service and I will definitely call 24/7 Plumbing to do the work there.

 + -1 moreRodney called to inform us that he would be a little late. When he arrived he took a look at our backyard faucet and the leak we had reported. He was able to replace the faucet and pipe but had to travel to Home Depot for access panels. We decided that he would return later that evening after finishing another job. The end result was actually more aesthetically pleasing that the makeshift door that was originally installed in the basement. Kudos to Rodney for solid communication and a fair price for the services delivered. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.

 + -1 moreThe plumber tried to find the leak that was wetting my floor. Instead he found &stopped a leak behind my washer machine. It was not the leak that was causing the issue, but he did find it. I later found out that the leak was caused due to excessive rain & crack in my foundation. Can't blame plumber for not being there when it wasn't actually raining at my home so he gets a PASS this time around...

 + -1 moreWhen the 24x7 team came, they said everything with the plubming is fine and needed to adjust a pipe behind the dish washer to avoid the sewer backing in. Even after their work, the issue persisted. When I called them back, they said it is an issue with the appliance itself. After making several calls to the manufaturer in trying to find the answer, the manufacturer suggested replacing certain parts. I had to spend another $80 in parts. I hired an appliance repair guy to help with the parts replacement, he came out and checked the dish washer. He immediately said there was nothing wrong with the dish washer and he fixed it by simply adjusting the level of the plumbing line under the sink. After several weeks now, no issues at all.
Description of Work: I requested 24x7 plumbing to help repair the dish washer which was giving bad odor.
