The tech pro, Hans, came earlier than expected and was willing to return an hour later when we were ready. he was professional, intelligent, polite and knew his business. He took the time to investigage and find the issue. Even though he said he might not be able to return until the following day, he returned the same day and completed the repair. He took his time and explainefd the financing choices I had and helped me to get approved. It took him less than an hour to complete the work. Despite the higher than expected cost, I am happy to pay it, and will always call Guardian for my applicable needs. Thank you for having them on your roster of highly rated professionals.

I had a plugged up kitchen sink that drained very slowly and was backing up into my dishwasher. The plumber put a snake down the pipe and it sort of unplugged it temporarily but not entirely, and it quickly plugged up again after a day or so. He said he thinks he got the plug out but I needed a new vent cap put on and then it should work properly. He wanted $600 to put on a new vent cap. I felt that was way, way over priced and declined. My son went out and bought a 50" snake and he got the plug out and my sink works perfectly. I felt that since the plumber did not fix the problem I should get my money back but apparently the owner does not think so since they did not call me back to tell me I could get a refund after I called and explained the situation and said I felt I should get a refund. No, I would not recommend them to anyone.

They are honest about what you need and if they can get something working for you they will do it. I bought 2 furnaces from them over two other competitors that were less than honest during their walkthrough.

Guardian is not a company to simply come in to "drop and swap" a new system. I did receive another quote from a company who operated under this manner. Guardian actually came in an addressed my current system-looked at all the ventilation in my home and made recommendations to actually improve our heating and cooling more than I thought possible. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

From the quote visit to the actual work, all the people were very knowledgeable and polite. I had multiple quotes and they were not only on par with the others I received but Guardian gave me alternative options. The gentlemen that worked my HVAC issue even took the time to pluck the little pieces of attic insulation out of the carpet that made it past the floor coverings they put down. So far so good and I am just happy that they were a no pressure outfit that seems to have gone above and beyond.

Hans was personable and experienced. We will reach out to Guardian again when needed.

Services were expensive. It is unclear whether or not they fixed the problem.

They completely changed out the old system to a new system in a matter of 11 hours they done it all in one day these men that came to my house and change my system out this is a good company to work for evidently because I've got good people working for them fast integrity young man that came and changed my system out I would recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I'm going to recommend that they do my other two houses
