We moved into the area this past year. We contracted with the RIA folks, back in June for general quarterly insect pest control. Found them very professional, always arrived on time at our convenience and very responsive for any call outside the normal visits. Couldnt ask for better service. We now use them for annual animal and termite inspections and bonding as well. Found their price quotes in line or better than other quotes I received.

The service went fine. I did not have any interaction with the staff. My husband primarily dealt with the company. The treatment seemed to work and we have not seen any mosquitos.

Came back three times (once on a Saturday) to catch the squirrels. The traps were sprung and the squirrels were never caught, but other than that, they were fabulous!

They scheduled with the renter directly and I got positive response from the renter. Very Professional

Perfect! My husband was working on the deck and the tech told him there maybe some fumes for 10 minutes. He stayed on the deck - and no problem. We had a big party the following night - no one complained about being bit. The tech was very knowledgeable and personable.

It turned out well. They did a spray in the yard. I had noticed a decrease but it rained a day or so after the treatment and the mosquitos came back. I called them and they came right back out and sprayed again at no extra charge. I have noticed a decrease since then. They are really responsive!

When the provider was told we were new to the state, he gave us a lot of information about what to expect concerning the insects here. He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently

It was ok. Scheduling was fine. They sent one technician and he was at my home for around 45 minutes and was speaking on his cellphone the entire time. They didn’t have the best customer service. It seemed like they didn’t have a desire to follow up unless I would buy another package.

They were really flexible and arranged the treatments like I needed them. They also had good procedures to remind you of the treatment timing and to follow-up once it was done. Only issue was getting initial contact with them and getting it all set-up. It took a few tries but once it was arranged all went well!

It's great to be able to sit out on the deck after the sun goes down and not see or feel a single mosquito. Highly recommend this service to everyone.

We have never, in our 26 years in our home, been able to enjoy our yard during the summer months. This summer has been totally different. We have spent hours in the yard, during the day and evenings, on the deck and on the swing without having to cover our bodies with insect repellent. It has been a marvelous summer. Because of the great service I got when they installed my termite protection I decided to switch my basic pest control service to RIA. The provider was on time and very helpful. I was pleased with the work.

It was great! They left a note when they left (they'd come when we weren't home) and they also called. We've noticed less mosquitoes since the tech came out.

It turned out well and we were pleased. One employee came out. He talked to us and explained what he was doing; as well as mentioned the areas that he would treat. He told us what we would could expect. He was very informative. We could tell it made a difference so we purchased their services all the way through October.

Did everything expected for $59.00

They did a first roach and spider treatment in several years both internal and exterior of 1940's home; and to fox an escalating roach problem in late spring. They did great. They did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. When the first treatment wasn't totally effective, they came back brining a senior technician. Found a water leak in an additional problem area and treated that. All at no extra charge. Of course we also fixed that leak. Very pleased with the service.
