Polite plumber

The Plummer, David Conner, diagnosed my water problem right away and installed a new faucet. He also advised me who to call regarding the water problem under my sink and the leak on the ceiling in my garage caused by the leaking faucet. I am now working with Hampton Restorative Group to have the repairs completed. I am very pleased that The Original Plumber was able to help me solve my leaking water problem. I will certainly use this company again if I have another plumbing problem.

James was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, did an outstanding job. Their office staff kept me inform as to the appointment time......ALL WAS GOOD !!

Customer service was great, they contacted me the minute I requested info. I received a chemical treatment for my septic system and time will tell if it solved my issues. May need to update my review in the future. I was also given a lot of knowledge about septic systems. I would definitely recommend to others.

Good work but is way over priced!

Ryan Thompson from The Original Plumber came inspected the house, asked us questions, provided feedback about the issue and gave us an estimate that we were comfortable with. I have to say that it was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but considering how clearly he explained to us the options, we decided to go with them easily. We are very happy with that decision and will recommend them to anyone looking to replace a main water line and/or a water heater. By the way the water pressure is really good now!

My shower faucet wouldn t shut the water completely off. It was so bad I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called several local plumbers but no one had anyone available. I went online and input a request for a plumber The Original plumber called me within seconds & made my job a priority. Steven came out within 30 minutes, didn t charge me a service call fee, and determined I only needed to replace the temp cartridge . He explained the situation and what was needed, then quoted me a reasonable price. He completed the job the same day. He was very courteous very professional. I will always use them going forward.

The Original Plumber was a referral from the HomeAdvisor app. They were, by far, the quickest to respond and had me scheduled within minutes. Steven was dispatched and arrived right at the start of my scheduled visit, dressed well, and very respectful of my home. He assessed the issue and immediately scheduled a visit the next day to complete the work with the right tools. He arrived the very next day, in the same fashion, and completed his work in nearly half the time he originally estimated, and on par with the quote he provided the previous day. I spent more on the repair than I had personally estimated, but also received a much more permanent solution to what appears to be a recurring issue. After he finished and tested everything, I have every confidence my issue was corrected the RIGHT way, and is no longer going to be a concern for many years to come!! Steven was awesome and I'd hire The Original Plumber again, and request Steven for future projects.
